Clearly a pass that you cannot do without if you really want to visit Athens. So clearly, you won't do all the museums, but if you really want to see as many of the city's monuments, squares and important places as possible in a few days, you will save several dozen euros, not to mention the very fast skip-the-line practical (notably at the Acropolis Museum). However, be careful: to visit the Acropolis, you must choose a date and time. Make sure this is your first getaway, as access to many (all?) other places can only be done with the pass after this visit. So first the Acropolis (tip: in the morning), then the rest.
I can only give a very positive rating to the Athens city pass in fact it allows you to benefit from public transport, the Big Bus, museums and other specific features mentioned in the list they sent me. I was able to save money on these points and save time. I would like to point out that for the Big bus, it is not only yellow that is accessible with the Athens City Pass but also brown. Frankly I had a great holiday the only downside is finding the place to collect public transport tickets the office is in a building where this is not indicated at all so remember to go to number 16 of the street is a very small office and you have to go through the door to know that it is there otherwise from the outside you will never find it. I was with my 2 children aged 7 and 10 and we had a blast. Finally and as already mentioned, start with the acropolis to start the pass. You will be amazed...enjoy your vacation and thank you to turbo pass

Very convenient pass with the main sites and museums. Among the museums, we appreciated the diversity (museum of illusion, automobile, etc.)
My Turbopass experience in Athens is completed. I am very satisfied and happy. All the products they delivered arrived to me in plenty of time before the trip. All the products included in the pass worked at the destinations. Good planning allowed an easier experience when entering the sites. The only challenge was this: the directions are a bit confusing. Read them carefully, twice or three times. Research and become familiar with the sites on a good map program. Particularly when picking up the ticket for Public Transportation, the pickup point is hard to find even with the directions, but it is there. Observe all the opening times of all destinations. Overall, I highly recommend the Turbopass and include the Athens Public Transportation (which is awesome) option if you'll be there a few days. This will save a LOT of walking.
This is a good pass to buy when you want to do the majority of Athens attractions. Buying separately, the tickets would have cost us more.
Whether sightseeing or hop-on, hop-off, everything is exactly as described. The only negative point: the fact that you have to get the ticket for public transport far away from Syntagma Square and not at it should be improved!
In Athens you must visit Philopappos Hill.
The pass includes all the interesting tourist sites for the 4-day 1city Trip. You can easily get around with the hop on hop up bus. You can go eat at Theta (view of the Acropolis).
Totally recommended if you want to explore more than the ancient remains, if you just want to see the basics, then this wont worth it, if you want to make the best use of you money, this is a must have.
We greatly appreciated the Turbopass to visit several museums and attractions. The bus with multiple stops is also very convenient.
The City pass was excellent, but I do not recomend to puchase the pass for public transportation, is more easy to purchase this pass from the aeroport. If you buy it wit the City pass, you have to go to an address afterwards and to go to that address, you have to buy another ticket.
Great city with great sights and people
After having been recommended to buy the pass in advance and book a date and time for the Acropolis it was definately the way to go.
We utilsed this over 2 days in Athens and it was well worth the moiney. We saved over 40 euros each and had the opportunity of seeing a lot of the ancient sites and museums. either by the hop on hop off bus or walking.
Having the Acropolis tickets booked in advance saved a lot of time not having to wait in long queues.
Great Deal!!!
Choose a hotel in the historic center of Athens in order to enjoy the atmosphere (restaurants, shops, etc.) of the city in the evening, a tip, plan a culinary tour of the city at the start of your stay in order to savor for the rest of your trip Greek cuisine...obviously the essentials, the Acropolis, Parthenon, a short cruise on the Saronic islands (Hydra, Poros, Aegina...)...with the exception of the culinary visit, we We scheduled all our visits using TURBOPASS and everything went well, possibility of programming everything before your departure, very practical.
The pass allowed us to pleasantly visit the main sites in Athens. It would be nice to include the Archaeological Museum, which is a magnificent museum not to be missed in Athens. We appreciated the great responsiveness of the Turbopass contact who was able to change the date of the Acropolis visit due to bad weather on the pre-booked day.
