Experience Barcelona with turbo pass.
The shipping and the organization were really great. The ticket was withheld on the Hop on / Hop off bus. As noticed at the next action that this was a mistake, we were the Turbo Pass Hamburg unproblematic and fast, the ticket sent by mail again. What became clear to us much later that the Turbo Pass contains 3 cards. Once the ticket for the public transport, once the Barcelona Card and Nich another. Presumably you have to deal with it much more to take advantage of all. Despite these cards, we had to pay the full amount at the Gaudi Museum and Gaudi Park. Whether it really is worth it I do not know. But it's convenient we got everything sent home and you can get started from the airport by metro. And the tickets for Sagrada Familia are worth ordering in advance. The queue was very long even in March. With the booking you save a lot of waiting time.
The Barcelona Turbopass was truly the best way to explore all that Barcelona has to offer. Whether it was all of the included attractions or the ability to use public transportation (Barcelona metro is a great way to get around), this pass was worth every cent. The only issue was that picking up the pass at the Barcelona airport was a little difficult, as the staff at the tourist information counter had trouble scanning the pickup voucher and figuring out which items the Turbopass included. Other than that, my experience with Turbopass was fantastic. I will definitely be using Turbopass again in the future.

We picked up the pass at the airport. This has been a bit difficult because the pickup location was closed. After some searching, we found the new location. The tickets for the metro were immediately ready for use. The operation went smoothly everywhere I would book again at any time.
We were in January 19 in Barcelona. The weather was sunny at 12-15 degrees. Despite the season, all the highlights were well attended. Too bad that we had eaten something when we discovered the market hall, Las Ramblas 91, the Mercat de la Boqueria. Here you can get selected snacks directly from the market traders. Small seating is available.
If you want to do a sightseeing tour, the Barcelona City Pass is very useful. But you should definitely set what you want to see everything and calculate whether the City Pass pays off. As we had a Monday and the 1st of January in our stay (on both days a lot has closed), it was hard to use enough of the offers from the City Pass, so it pays off.

Had a VERY hard time finding the pick up place for the pass (went to 3 places with a red sign and a white \"i\" before we found it down a set of stairs. I had bought it on vacation, so, did not have a paper copy of the invoice to give them, which caused some major problems. Tried emailing it to them to print off, but the email kept bouncing back to me. After much frustration, the manager took a screen shot and printed it off of her phone. which solved the problem (but should have been done earlier). The card itself is a great value. We skipped the long line at the Picasso Museum and visited many places free or at a reduced rate and had full use of the transportation system! I feel there should be at least 2 days of hop on hop off, esp with the 5 day card. A difficult start to getting the card, but was worth it.
It is very convenient to make your stay easier with this City Pass. I would buy it again, although I find it a bit too expensive.
From the provider everything was very well prepared and worked well. One little thing should be noted: The letter, with the example of the city tour ticket gets you should not give out of hand, as further benefits are possible. This is indeed indicated in the letter, but not clearly highlighted. We noticed it too late and had to pay so for example the harbor tour itself, which was not bad, since we have indulged anyway the great harbor cruise. In summary: the Barcelona City Pass is great, especially the ticket for the local public transport. ie Barcelona City Pass is recommended.
In one location, the printed code could not be read or was recognized as invalid. Turbopass has refunded us as compensation the entrance fee.
Everything went well - gladly again. Admissions like including audio guide would be desirable.
We had the passport sent home and could enjoy it from the airport. Of course, we did not want to create or create the many museums. The map for the Sagrada Famila was good and an audioguide incl. Would be even better. Everything else was ok
Unfortunately, the turbo pass was not accepted everywhere, although it was clearly reflected in the passport options. Even after booking the turbo pass online booking confirmation came, but unfortunately not the vouchers that it takes to get turbo pass and metro card / bus tickets. Separate call from abroad to Dtld was needed to get vouchers that needed tourist information to the airport. That was very annoying, because that is not in vain. The processing of the vouchers was done very quickly within 10 min. That was great again. But just: Too bad that it needs a call to get vouchers, that should come automatically without any extra interaction of the user.
Basically, the BCP is not wrong .... To the value of the pass but at least approximately exploit you have to do more in culture and then not as a chill holiday as my daughter and I ... It makes sense, in any case, to book the ticket for the Sagrada Familia AND the park Güell already from Germany since otherwise eternal queues or (as with the Park Güell) at once the next admission only 6! Hours later ... Worthwhile is the BCN ticket and the tour bus tour, but the latter make sure that you either sit down in the open biplane (air-conditioned) or are VERY well supplied with sunscreen :-)
We did use the TurboPass quite a bit and it was especially useful for skip the line privileges at some locations. It should have been very explicitly noted that the Musee Picasso requires a reservation even with the TurboPass. All the attractions in Barcelona are very busy during the summer.
What is most useful is to spend time looking at what attractions are free and within certain locations by using the maps. Then plan how you will get there. What is really needed is an App that would make it easy to find appropriate attractions by location and also help you plan using the subway/bus system to get there. The TurboPass requires several maps, timetables, and bus/subway routes for optimal use. A real-time, integrated app would make the system very attractive.
In particular, that you get the tickets for the public transport already sent with the pass, the arrival easier. You do not have to worry about anything, just get in. Somewhat confusing is the plastic card, if one believes that is enough for the entries, one is mistaken. You always need the barcode on the sent paper printout .. When I did not have it with the booked guide, I was sent by email within 15 minutes again on the phone so that the leadership was nothing contrary. Thanks again to the employees of Turbopass. Similarly, the already booked entry time to the Sagrada Familia helps. It is a pity that attractions such as the cable car, the funicular to Tibidabo and the Parc Guell still have to be paid separately. Otherwise, the pass is only recommended.
Especially in Barcelona worth the City Pass! In particular, the access to the Sagrada family is fast with the City Pass. The hop-on-hop-off tour is extensive and informative. Only on the ship tour would be desirable if not only the loading port would be used. The tips in the guide are always and very useful.
