The Museu d'Arqueologia de Catalunya is located in the old palace of the graphic art in the Montjuïc Parc. The museum was opened in 1935. It has a collection of different archaeological objects and documents from different epochs. The main topic in the museum is the ancient.
Normally the museum has the permanent exhibition which people can visit. Furthermore some special exhibitions take place in this museum for a limited time. The permanent exhibition was renovated from 2010 until 2013. It now includes the most important charachteristics of the Catalan culture.
