Right in the center of Barcelona, the Zoo de Barcelona can be found which is home to more than 2000 animals of 300 species. Discover different amphibians, birds, mammals and reptiles divided into areas inside the zoo. A little zoo for children with pigs, sheeps, donkeys and goats can be visited as well as a gallery with small primates and an aquarium with sea lions and dolphins. A former animal of the zoo was the unique albino gorilla “Snowflake” that lived there for more than 40 years and is still associated with the zoo by many visitors.
