How long does the Berlin WelcomeCard all inclusive work for?

The Berlin WelcomeCard all inclusive has been designed for maximum flexibility and is valid for two, three, or four consecutive days so choose the one that best suits your time in Berlin. The 48 hour and 72 hour passes work on a 24 hour day basis, whereas the 4 day pass works on a calendar day basis so it’s best to plan your usage accordingly. For example, if you have a 4-day pass and you activate it at 2pm on Monday, at 2pm on the Thursday your 4-day pass will have expired. The passes will be activated upon first use at an attraction, or when using public transport for the first time and will stop working once your pass duration has expired.

Every attraction listed can be visited once for free. Please be aware that some attractions and tours have to be booked in advance – such as the Guided Bike Tour. You can find the contact details of the attraction in your Travel Guide free with your pass, or on our website. Always show your Berlin WelcomeCard all inclusive when entering an attraction as it acts as your ticket in.

To avoid disappointment, please consult the opening times of the attractions/museums you want to visit that day in case of special closures. It is always best to check the website of the attraction or museum you want to visit in advance.

Please name each pass with the pass holder’s name and information and ensure you carry valid photo identification with you when using the pass. Children (3-14 years) and teens (15-17 years) must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Should your plans change, we can reimburse your order up to 1 day before the provisional start date entered, only if the passes and additional products have been unused and not activated. We charge a 20 € service charge for each reimbursement.
