The vouchers purchased with the pass could be exchanged without any problems; Entry went really well everywhere: only when we booked the city tour via email did we unfortunately miss the fact that they sent us a confirmation with a different date than the one requested, so we unfortunately couldn't take the tour; We then spontaneously took a city tour with the HopOn-HopOff bus.

The Florence Pass is the easiest way to see the two most important museums of the city: the Uffizi Gallery and the Accademia Gallery. It is CRUCIAL to reserve your time for both museums to ensure you don't stand in the lines, but the Florence City Pass makes that process very easy. With the reserved times, our entry into the museums was efficient, simple and quick. There are so many fantastic museums in Florence, it's impossible to see them all in one trip, so, we have to come back.

It’s was very helpful to already have my ticket voucher and a specified time to be at the museums. I didn’t get to do everything the pass offered, but what I did get to I really enjoyed.
We wanted to visit the Uffizi and the Gelleria dell 'Academia. Have taken the pass for a day and then brought out the maximum. The advantage of this is that the programmed day can be used to make the day quite flexible. One visits museums, eg the museum of the antiquity, which one might not otherwise have had on the plan. However, I would point out that in the Acandemia the ticket must be exchanged, otherwise you will not get into it.

It actually worked, you stand much less. Especially with snakes of several hundreds of meters you can enjoy this service. In the beginning, it was a bit strange to have to exchange the card, then it was logical and went fast. The time and the sequence were then optimal.
Ordered the pass for a 1 day visit to Florence to visit the Accademia and Uffizi galleries. The times reserved did work and Emailed City Pass. City pass was able to give us the times needed because of arriving late to the city.
Wish we would have had more time to use the other benefits.
The city tour and tickets for the Uffizi Gallery and the Galleria dell 'Accadmia (admission without queuing in the two main museums of Florence have been well worth it.) Small suggestion to Turbopass: Too bad that the tickets for the tour of the dome of the Duomo (Dome ), the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and the Campanile di Gitto (bell tower) were not included in the turbo pass but still I would buy the turbo pass vouchers again and again, as they have already sweetened several metropolis vacations for me Turbopass is excellent.
If you are short on time and plan to see as many museums as possible, definitely get the city pass. With priority entrance to most attractions and discounts, it is best way to explore the city. Will absolutely use Turbopass city passes again. All is well coordinated and worth the money

In addition to the other sights, we mainly needed the pass to visit the "Galleria Dell'Accademia" and the Uffizi Gallery so that we did not have to queue. That worked great too. You can specify the date and time when buying the pass for these two attractions. The time was not funktononiert, but this could have been because, that very short notice (about 10 days before) booked.
