Restrictions for Hop-on Hop-off Bus Florence

Passengers with Disabilities: Wheelchair users can board the bus if it has a footboard and a wheelchair space. While the bus is moving, passengers and wheelchairs must be safely secured with seatbelts, and wheelchairs must be locked in the designated space as per bus layout.
Domestic Animals: Small and medium-sized domestic animals are allowed on the bus if they are well-behaved. They must wear a muzzle and leash, or alternatively, be transported in a pet carrier. Animals with specific medical conditions preventing muzzle use must be carried in a pet carrier.
Baggage Policy: For safety reasons, large bags, backpacks, or bulky luggage are strictly prohibited on City Sightseeing buses.
