Restrictions for Hop-on Hop-off Bus Florence

  • Passengers with Disabilities: Wheelchair users can board the bus if it has a footboard and a wheelchair space. While the bus is moving, passengers and wheelchairs must be safely secured with seatbelts, and wheelchairs must be locked in the designated space as per bus layout.
  • Domestic Animals: Small and medium-sized domestic animals are allowed on the bus if they are well-behaved. They must wear a muzzle and leash, or alternatively, be transported in a pet carrier. Animals with specific medical conditions preventing muzzle use must be carried in a pet carrier. 
  • Baggage Policy: For safety reasons, large bags, backpacks, or bulky luggage are strictly prohibited on City Sightseeing buses. 
  • The ticket does not cover drinks, meals, or pickup services
