The Hamburg Kunsthalle with its three striking buildings is home to one of Germany’s most important art collections. From masterpieces from the Middle Ages to works of art from the present day – there is something for every art lover here! In addition to the permanent exhibition of more than 700 works, the Hamburg Kunsthalle also regularly hosts special exhibitions by famous artists, attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors from all over the world.
The programme: not only look, but also enjoy and remember
The museum shop directly at the entrance offers a large selection of art books, posters, postcards and design objects. DAS LIEBERMANN, one of the most beautiful museum cafés in Germany, invites you to linger. The café-restaurant THE CUBE in the Galerie der Gegenwart offers views of the city and the Alster.
