The beer is brewed here in front of your eyes at this harbour brewery. The large brewing kettles are a special experience. We brew a fine-hopped, naturally cloudy beer. Thomas Hundt, the master brewer, already in his third generation, brews the beer in strict accordance with the German purity law of 1516. He uses selected malt, the finest aromatic hops and excellent Hamburg brewing water exclusively. There are also equally high demands on the kitchen. The Blockbräu cooks with the best food from the region to give great pleasure and enjoyment with fresh, healthy and tasty dishes.
