We chose the London City Pass as we wanted to visit many attractions and most were included in the pass. The pass is only worth it, if you want to see many attractions. There were never any problems with the London City Pass, except Big Bus. This organizer was not very helpful and it was very difficult to exchange the Big Bus ticket included in the City Pass for the Big Bus ticket you requested. The staff at Big Bus sent us from one point to another and back again. We did not use the big bus ticket included in the City Pass. Otherwise you can not say anything negative here. However, you should be careful when you are at the attractions at the counter. The staff there would like to offer one more "packages", which are already included in the City Pass, so beware of the "offers".
We were three in September with the turbo pass incl. Public transport in London and have not regretted having purchased this in advance. London is a beautiful city and very clean. When making sights such as Madame Tussauds you have to really early in the morning queue that comes at the first momentum with rei (but worth it * grins).
