1. Select in the "Buy now"-box how many days you want to use the London City Pass. Also choose how many people will be travelling with you.
2. In the London City Pass the public transport the Oyster Card is already included (a card that allows you to use London’s public transportation system) to your order. The London Oyster Card will already have money loaded onto it and will be ready to use when you arrive in London. The Oyster Card guarantees you unlimited use of the public transportation system, within the inner city limits of London (Zones 1-2). For every Oyster Card an acitvation fee of £5 and a service fee of £3 will be raised. Please note, that the London City Pass with public Transport is only via postal shipping available.
Under “Public Transport” you will find information about how you can use the money loaded onto your Oyster Card.
3. You will receive the London City Pass via email and your Oystercard via post. You can find more information about shipping under "Shipping & Collection".
Validity: Depending on your choice the London City Pass is valid from the date of validity specified for one, two, three, four, five, six or seven consecutive days. When you use the first attraction/tour, your London City Pass will be activated and valid for the number of days you have booked.
1 day = 1 calendar day, beginning from 0:00 am in the morning to midnight on the last valid day, regardless of the time of first use. Each attraction can be visited free of charge once. The days may not be interrupted thereby and the London City Pass will be activated with the first time that you scan the pass. Please note that the first time of usage must be within 12 months after the purchase of the London City Pass.
Please carry an official photo ID (e.g. identity card, passport, driving licence) for identification purposes.
Some attraction or tours require a reservation. You can find the contact information on your pass. After you present your London City Pass you will receive the access to the attraction/tour for free.
The London City Pass is available in German and English.
*Attention: If you have not received emails from Turbopass, please check the Spam or Junk folder of your email address to ensure that the message has not been classified as spam/junk. If the message has been classified as spam/junkmail, there should be one of the following options: 'No spam', 'No junk' or 'Add sender to white list'. This helps to receive future emails from Turbopass. If you still do not receive an email from us, please contact our customer service.
Opening hours: With your pass, you will receive an overview of all attractions/tours with opening hours, terms and conditions and contact information. The London City Pass can be freely used at your discretion – simply show your pass at the respective attraction/tour you would like to visit. Please note opening hours and perhaps also special terms of conditions of certain attractions/tours. In order to make sure that the attraction that you would like to visit is indeed open or takes place during your stay in London, we suggest checking the respective website of the attraction/tour for exact information.
Security checks: You can find more exact information about individual attractions and tours and also about their admission policies in your London City Pass. Please be aware that some attractions require security checks that cannot be avoided even with the possession of the Pass. Sometimes these security checks take longer due to official orders from the public authorities and all visitors must go through these checks.
