1 day = 1 calendar day, beginning from 0:00 am in the morning to midnight on the last valid day, regardless of the time of first use. Each attraction can be visited free of charge once. The days may not be interrupted thereby and the London City Pass will be activated with the first time that you scan the pass. Please note that the first time of usage must be within 12 months after the purchase of the London City Pass.
Please carry an official photo ID (e.g. identity card, passport, driving licence) for identification purposes.
Some attraction or tours require a reservation. You can find the contact information on your pass. After you present your London City Pass you will receive the access to the attraction for free.
The London City Pass is available in German and English.

Opening hours: With your pass, you will receive an overview of all attractions with opening hours, terms and conditions and contact information. The London City Pass can be freely used at your discretion – simply show your pass at the respective attraction you would like to visit. Please note opening hours and perhaps also special terms of conditions of certain attractions. In order to make sure that the museum that you would like to visit is indeed open during your stay in London, we suggest checking the respective website of the museum for exact information.

Security checks: With the London City Pass, you will have preferred admission into many of the London top attractions – just skip the waiting line and enjoy your visit! You can find more exact information about individual attractions and sights and also about their admission policies in your London City Pass. Please be aware that some attractions require security checks that cannot be avoided even with the possession of the Pass. Sometimes these security checks take longer due to official orders from the public authorities and all visitors must go through these checks. However, these are special cases and generally you save a lot time using the London City Pass compared to buying tickets at the ticket counter.
