The Shard is currently the tallest building in London and its construction was financed by Qatar. This skyscraper was inaugurated in 2013 and it stands at 310 meters tall. From July to October 2012, the Shard was considered the tallest building in the European Union. Visitors can enjoy a wonderful, 360-degreen view of London from the 69th and 72nd floor.

Bus 43, 48, 141, 149, or 521 to London Bridge over The Vasults 

Due to The Shard’s central location, you have a variety of travel options (both pubic buses and trains) to choose from to reach The Shard. The immediate entrance into The Shard is located on Joiner Street. You can either use either the London Bridge, the Tooley Street exit, or the St. Thomas Street exit after using either the Northern or Jubilee Line. You can also use bus lines 43, 48, 141, 149, or 521 and get off at London Bridge Station (over The Vaults).
