The Tren Touristic, which is a mini-train, is a great way to explore the beach promenade, Playa del Palma.  This small train travels 4.5 km from Can Patilla to El Arenal and back. On this round trip, you have the opportunity to get off and on (once) at any of the 15 refreshment stalls on the beach. A highlight of this tour is Ballermann 6, which is where many visitors take time to stop at. Treat yourself to a drink in the famous Mega-Park, which is a mix of a beer garden and an open area disco.

Monday-Sunday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM

The train usually runs from March – October, from 9:30 AM until the evening hours about every 30 minutes. The last ride depends on the season and the visitors demand.

The Tren Arenal started operating again since the 25.3.2018 and is expected to remain in operation until the 31.10.2018.

Special conditions of use Tren Arenal

Get on an unique ride with the Trenes Arenal, included in the Malloroca Pass. You can get on and off the train from anywhere you want along the route. However, additional rides are not included in the Mallorca Pass nor ride on other dates. Please be aware, that the Train Arenal is not running in the Months between November and March. Numerous small trains are running along the promenade. The route exhibits a total of 22 stations. Starting point: Balmeario 2. The total duration of the tour is 90 minutes. You may get on the train at first at any of these stations. Please show your pass to the driver. You will receive your ticket, which will entitle you to get on and out of the train once.
