Go to the place of open discussion. The aim of the museum is to address the entire diversity of Jewish history, art and culture right up to the present day. The Saarbrücken architects Wandel Hoefer Lorch realized in 2006 and 2007 the architectural ensemble of synagogue, museum and community center at Sankt-Jakobs-Platz in the heart of the city. Learn more about Jewish history and culture in Munich during the presentation "Stimmen_Orte_ Zeiten." In seven installations, media of remembrance such as the voices of contemporary witnesses, places, pictures and objects provide perspectives, conveying the foundations of Jewish identities and their stories to the present day.
You can expect changing exhibitions on two levels with new aspects of art, history and culture. After the museum visit, the Café Exponat invites you to linger at Sankt-Jakobs-Platz.
