How does Turbopass New York work?

  1. Choose the number of days and people in your party: then click on “Book now.” 
  2. Optionally book New York public transport: you can optionally book your New York MetroCard for $15, $25, or $35. 
  3. Receive your New York Sightseeing Pass per email: print out your Pass or use the QR code directly on your smartphone. 


    Important: If you booked the optional MetroCard, all documents of the Pass will be sent to your per post.

Use and Validity

Validity: Depending on the number of days that the Pass was booked for, the Pass is valid for 1, 2, 3, 5, or 7 days. After the first day of usage, the Pass must be used in the following consecutive days after and each attraction can be visited for an hour at a time. The Pass if valid up until midnight of the last day it is valid for. With the Pass, you are entitled to take part on Gray Line CitySightSeeing Tours (around Uptown, Downtown, Brooklyn, and the Bronx). You can go on these tours for up to 72 hours (within the validity period of your Pass). In which order you will be visiting the attractions included in the Pass is up to you. 

Varying Opening Hours: Please be aware that opening hours and possibly also terms and conditions of certain attractions may vary. To be safe, we suggest checking the website(s) of the attraction or museum you would like to visit during your stay in New York 

Cancellation: If your plans change and you don’t need to use the New York Sightseeing Pass after all, you can cancel your Pass up to 1 day before the entered start date of the Pass. You will receive a full refund, minus a 20 € cancellation fee per New York Sightseeing Pass. 

Security Checks: Please be aware that security checks may take place. These security checks cannot be avoided, even by Pass Holders. Sometimes these security checks may be ordered by the responsible authorities, which may make the delay longer. Despite this, the Pass generally will help you save time waiting in front of the ticket counter.
