This guided tour will show you the historical background of the Underground Railroad (also known as the “Way to Freedom”). The Underground Railroad served for slaves as an escape to the north to safe routes and safe houses. Among other things, learn about the brave men and woman who made this safe passage possible. In addition, you can also visit archaeological sites and a memorial that was made to honor African slaves in colonial America.
