The Lighthouse Museum is located on Staten Island and gives a glimpse into the history and function of the lighthouse. Because of technological advancements, the lighthouse became obsolete, but not its unique character. The goal of the museum is not to let this lighthouse be forgotten through the passage of time and to highlight its importance in history. A highlight of this museum is the wall of lights, which has more than 160 miniature lighthouses displayed on it. Use this opportunity to visit this unique museum.
