The "Cité de la Musique" probably attracts the widest range of visitors. A place dedicated solely to the passion for music. It is not only a museum, but also a venue for all kinds of concerts and educational activities for young people and adult visitors with access to musical culture. With a recently refurbished collection of over 1,000 instruments and art objects, the "Musée de la Musique" stands out from the rest.
It is clear that with so much passion, the museum cannot remain an ordinary museum. In the corridors, it is already a long time since one can only listen to the quiet corridors of many people. Every day, a musician gives a small concert in the museum and headphones are provided for listening to individual sound recordings. From the 17th century until today the music paths are reproduced here without any gaps. A story is told by people who want to pass it on to you with enormous devotion.
