Very convenient attraction pass. The queue for the vatican museum was very long, we cut the line with this pass. It includes the most important attractions in Rome, the public transport pass ticket was also nice to have.
This pass offered us multiple essential services to enjoy Rome during a stay of a few days. Its thread cutting function was more than appreciable, especially when visiting the Vatican museums. I highly recommend !

We booked the Turbopsss for our short trip to Rome. The journey from the airport to the city works smoothly, as does the connection to local transport. We were able to book tickets for the Colosseum and the Vatican in advance. Buying the tickets on site would have resulted in several hours of waiting time. The accompanying app offers a lot of information that made our stay easier. Gladly again!
We made good use of the pass and were completely satisfied. The long queues and the risk of not getting any tickets were therefore mitigated.
Really highly recommended, lots of access to museums and exhibitions extra. It definitely pays off. Explained in an easy-to-understand manner on the homepage and the explanation in the Turbopass itself is understandable and well written. We were a little worried at first at the Pantheon because the lady with the orange/yellow umbrella was no longer there in the evening - maybe that was because you were only allowed in for 15 minutes. I'm glad we booked it, so we could do more than just a normal city visit. The next day she was there again and we were able to enjoy our visit to the Pantheon. I'll definitely book this on my next city trip because you can see more than just the usual sights and also enjoy the small exhibitions and museums far away from the hotspots.
Everything worked perfectly. Use of public transport, sights, time slots for the Vatican and Colloseum, 48 hour hop and hop bus tour... we didn't queue anywhere, there were no complications whatsoever. A little tip... first read the really good description carefully to find out when and where the City Pass can be used directly and where you may have to get tickets for the relevant attraction using the pass. We were in Rome for 5 days and were very happy to have booked this pass. 100% recommendation.
Not only was ordering and delivery of the City Pass for Rome easy and problem-free, but every promised service was also easy to consume. As described in detail in the documents, we quickly got our tickets to the individual attractions and therefore didn't waste any time queuing. I can only recommend every visitor to Rome to get the City Pass!

Really good pass, appointments for the most important sights were booked as requested, we were able to simply skip the long queue at many sights. I would book again and again!
The Rome city pass was great because I did not have to wait in the huge lines of the Coloseum and Vatican. The Turbopass pass is a great deal and worth it.
I also used it in Paris and saved a lot of time at the Louvre, Versailles, Sainte Chapelle, Triumph Arch and many other monuments and museums in France. It also included the metro ticket.
Everything worked out with the pass and we were very flexible with our means of transport (local transport ticket, hop-on-hop). Because we had pre-booked tickets to the Colosseum, Romanum and Vatican, we didn't have to queue.

With the pass you have everything you need for a smooth visit to Rome. The only thing that is inconvenient is picking up the local transport ticket in Termini. You need a separate payment ticket there.
We bought the Rome City Pass for 4 days. The price of €235 seemed very high to me and the partly negative reviews made me unsure, but I decided to buy it anyway. I do not regret it! The attractions and vouchers we visited/used would have cost €289 without the pass. We (almost) exclusively only visited what we would have seen without a passport. A huge advantage that cannot be quantified with money is the waiting time saved. We were really thrilled to be led past the waiting queues and then allowed straight in. ...and the snakes were there in November too! We didn't have the problems described in the negative reviews!
We recently visited Rome and were a bit sceptical about whether we needed a pass like this or whether we should just do our own thing.

Everything went smoothly and we were able to skip the queues. The passport contains a lot, so unfortunately we missed something. However, it's only worth it if you want to see a lot of what's included in the pass. Printing it out via email was enough. Gladly again.
It was very convenient to have this all arranged ahead of time. We enjoyed all the sites, and had a great time! We booked the public transport with it and that was the best decision, it was not expensive and there are so many metro's and busses so never a long wait and everything is easy to reach!
Everything went well with our Turbopass. Shuttle from the airport, hop-on hop-off bus and public transportation were great. Instructions were detailed and easy to navigate. Our tickets to the Vatican Museum, Sistine chapel, Colosseum and Pantheon were booked for us as requested. I just wish there was a customer service phone number to call when I had some questions and needed clarification. Nonetheless, emaild were responded on a timely manner. Overall, my travel group and myself were very pleased and satisfied with Turbopass.
Was initially a bit doubtful and confused as to which pass will suit me the best. Got a 5 day pass for Rome and actually everything worked out well. I had no issues in going to any of the places, the instructions were really straightforward and there were barely much queueing for me. And actually wish we had more time to actually get the 7 days pass to explore all that this city has to offer. Highly recommend for those that is staying in Rome for several days, love arts and museums and want to explore a few other places.
