The pass itself is perfect ... you can pass each queue and do not have to. The only drawback is that the pick up address where you can pick up the pass, in our case in Rome, is not well described. We bought the Rome City Pass for our city tour. The use was as promised. There were no problems. At the most important sights (Vatican Museums, Engelsburg, Coliseum) the fast track entrance smoothly. Also the Hop on Hop off bus tour ran super. The pass was definitely worth it for us. All the single entrants would have been more expensive. And above all the saved waiting time is not to be paid for. In short, the pass is highly recommended.
