One saves with the Rome City Pass the long waiting times at the entrances to the great sights. As public transport is also included, you are well served everywhere. With the Hop-on Hop-off tour on the first day, we got an overview of what we wanted to see in the following days.
I would highly recommend the Rome City Pass. He saves the queuing at the counters and checkouts, gives a lot of perks. Rome is worth a trip and there are so many sights that I do not want to prefer. Everyone should choose according to their own interests. Anyway, I definitely want to go back to Rome! Rome by night is particularly charming.

Do not want to imagine how stressful the queuing with our young children would have been at the Engelsburg, the Coliseum and the Vatican Museums. Also the computer game museum liked our big (6 years) very much and we could tell him from our childhood.

Rome was through the City Pass very relaxed to explore. All the information provided to the pass is very helpful. It would only be nice if you could buy the passport for 4 or 5 days.
We purchased the 3-day passes while abroad, and found them to be very handy to bypass the line, and cover all our entry fees into the places we wanted to see. We were also surprised to receive a 1-day Hop-On/Hop-Off bus tour ticket with each package, which was great for touring most of the top sites.
Overall it was well worth the value in our opinion.
A trip to Rome - this is the best experience you can experience. If you like the ancient and the historical of Rome, you will have a great time. Then the Rome City Pass in your pocket and you save a lot of time because you do not have to queue in the huge snakes in front of the sights. Then go to Petersplatz, the Vatican and Sistine Chapel, the Colosseum, Engelsburg and much more. Have fun in Rome!
The pass is a great thing. There were no problems and the main attractions were quite easy and without queuing, the preferred entrance in the Vatican also worked great. Should we go to Hamburg or Berlin, I will certainly book the passport.

Have our daughter get the tip to book the tickets for certain museums, sights, etc. in Rome online. On the Internet, we found the Turbopass site. While all the sights were long queues, we were able to pass by and got in at once. We thus saved many hours of waiting and could enjoy the sights longer. The turbopass is and was absolutely ideal for this. Also priced it made no big difference. Only by bus and train in Rome you should bring patience, since there are no timetables. We can highly recommend the turbopass.
It has worked wonders - from order to payment procedures to collection. The only thing we complain about is the inconspicuousness of the pick-up station. We walked about 3 times. A corresponding note with a possible sketch or a photo of the pick-up station would have helped eerily. The staff in the shop were very friendly, our passports were already prepared. With the pass you quickly pass the queues, also the handling with the public transport works perfectly.
For us, the Rome Pass was definitely worth it! They were preferred everywhere. Did not have to work on the extremely long queues. The pass is worthwhile for someone who wants to look very much! We are very much metro, bus and train! Everything was in the pass. Rome is a beautiful city! It is worth it for everyone to visit them once!
