What we booked worked well, could be counted on to have it taken care of in a timely manner. We rarely used the app that went with it, it was useful for viewing all included services and their locations, otherwise we got to our destination faster and easier with Google Maps.
Unfortunately you have to go to the office in Turbopassta to get the ticket for public transport. The offices close at 8:00 p.m. at the latest. The first day I couldn't make it because the flight was delayed and I had to buy a separate ticket from the machine. It would be nice if there were online tickets (QR code etc.). The best method is to buy tickets from the machine. The ticket had its good points. You can visit the museums without standing in queues. But it is important to book early for the Collesium and Vatican. Otherwise there is no place.
This pass is highly recommended if you plan on seeing a lot of the sights. Everything is included except for the Vatican Gardens.
The pass was very helpful for us especially getting into the Collosseum and Vatican city. They seem to have special arrangement with vatican. This was useful as we couldn't get the vatican ticket online. The reachability of the pass could have been a bit better as in some places we had to explain at the counter about what is the turbopass and how it allows us the access within the monument.
Order in time! Received our documents 3 days before departure. Individual planning had to be changed. Combo ticket Colosseum only in the 24h. Variant. Otherwise problem-free use of the pass at all stations.
We booked the Roma City Pass online. It was trouble-free again and makes the visits to the Vatican etc. simply less stressful. Quite apart from the time saved at the entrances. Gladly again!
We were able to carry out our program as planned during the 4 days in Rome. Thanks to the Turbopass, we were able to get into almost all the sights (Vatican, Colosseum, Castel Sant'Angelo) without long waiting times. Because we didn't have public transport included, we bought a 7-day pass for the 4 days. He is not available for 4 days. It was a bit unfortunate that we used the hop-on hop-off bus on Pentecost Sunday of all days and visited the Trevi Fountain. There are always a lot of people, but the fact that the Giro d'Italia crossed the finish line on the same day made the whole thing very difficult. Mainly because public transport in the city center was practically paralyzed and the hop-on-hop-off bus could only run to a very, very limited extent. There were many steps...
Worked great! Thanks to Turbopass, we were able to get tickets for the fully booked Colosseum and the Vatican Museums despite booking late (2 weeks before our trip to Rome). I was really happy about that, no queue, no queuing! I also sent an email to the Turbopass team on the day of departure and received feedback on the same day and all the information I needed! I was really worried, but the team reacted quickly, friendly and competently. Price-performance ratio totally ok if you want to visit the Colosseum and the Vatican Museums, otherwise there are a few other museums to choose from - that's why 1 point deduction and because you have to exchange the online tickets in the tourist office for tickets for the Castel Sant'Angelo - that was tedious - all in all anyway: highly recommended!
Very happy we purchased the Time City Pass. We used the hop on hop off bus service for 2 days with great success. We visited the colosseum and we were very pleased how easy it was to use our tickets. Overall a very good value

We booked the Rome Turbo Pass including bookings for the Vatican and Colosseum. Everything worked out wonderfully. We were able to travel around the city for 48 hours with this ticket and were able to save money on public transport. Unfortunately, we couldn't use everything that was included in the pass because there are so many places and sights to admire in Rome. I would use the turbo pass again.
The Turbo Pass allowed us to avoid queuing at the Vatican Museums and also at the Colosseum. Everything was very well organized. We also used the pass for transport. It was perfect. We took the bus but didn't have time to do the full tour of Rome. It was valid for two days for a 7-day Turbo Pass. Its validity could have been a little longer. We were planning to use the pass to leave our luggage at the Termini station locker, but this was not possible due to too many travelers. You had to wait 1h to 1h30 to collect your luggage. We preferred to keep them with us. The app could be improved. Fortunately I had printed out what was included in the Turbo pass because I did not see or could not find the information in the application. The sum of the services used exceeded the amount of the Turbopass. It was therefore profitable.

If I were heading to Rome again, I would definitely get the Roma Pass the TurboPass added some options that made it a convenient choice
The sign up process wasn't perfectly clear and it wasn't clear that some tickets would come later and others were optional. So be careful when ordering.
I would not recommend the public transport option, things are quite close together in Rome so walking will likely be the way to go, and the odd few times you can use the bus and metro, just pick up a ticket for €1.5 in the Tabacs that are everywhere.
Make sure you read the details on ticket pick up and what is included. There are some small treasures open to you with the Roma Pass that are great.
The folks in the touristation are excellent and very helpful.
We also never stood in line for any of the attractions thanks to the pass.
