The tickets for public transport have helped a lot. The waiting times for the sights were bearable in this way (already because of the heat).
It was all great - the only thing that was not great: we sometimes waited a long time for the buses - because the others came more often - but otherwise well organized - definitely again
It was great if you could walk past the queue of people waiting in the heat. The Turbo Pass is not necessarily cheap but in hindsight it was the right decision for our first visit to Rome !!!
It was important to us the waiting time at the attractions.
The use of the Roma Card is absolutely recommendable. We were able to shorten enormous waiting times. However, one must, for example, get to the right queue at the Colosseum (group admission). Not everyone in the area knows that the Roma Card offers a preferential entrance. We only caught the right line after several requests ... The Vatican access is much faster .. with the included Hop on - hop off tour you can complain about the small number of stops - at the Vatican was not kept ... here is running work asked. We would choose here, on another visit, for another city tour operator ...
The best part was that you can use the public transport (metro, bus and Bim) quickly and everywhere! Also, the Hop On Hop Off Bus, which can be used for a full day, is highly recommended. The only thing worth mentioning in the supplement book is that this "Rome City Pass Hop ON HopOFF" bus does not start until 18 July and before that there is cooperation with another bus company. It took us a while to find the right bus and it was a bit nerve-wracking with the employees of the other bus companies, who were hanging around the neck all the time. We were super fast in the Coliseum and other attractions. A hot tip would be to position the passport on the body so everyone can see it, so you do not get chattered all the time and get drunk with offers from other companies. - A sticker or a through sleeve with straps that you can hang around your neck would be super handy! Otherwise Tip Top!
Very good is above all. that you can enter the group entrance with the ROMA Pass at the Collesum of Engelsburg and at the Vatican without passing the Mega Schlangen. small deduction, however, that it is not really clear with which of the 3 Anbeiter of the Hop on Hop off bus the ticket has validity
My daughter and I have traveled for the first time with such a pass and except for one thing were actually very satisfied .... We missed a bus line, which was only usable with this pass. So you have to pay for the ticket yourself.
Overall we had a great time in Rome. The Turbopass allowed us access to the Colleseum, Roman Forum, and the Vatican. The only drawback is that the tickets weren’t required for children so I lost a few euro buying those but overall still great.
We had three days in Rome and wanted to see as much as possible! :-) Without the pass, that would not have been possible. The queues at, for example, the Vatican Museums or the Colosseum were unimaginably long. We just ran to the front and saved us 3-4h or even longer waiting. The integrated ticket was just gold value! Whenever and wherever your feet did not want you could get in and drive a distance. The 3-day pass for € 99 is worth it, but it is in the days a tight program to work. In terms of the 6-day pass, it is worthwhile only if you are an absolute museum-goers, otherwise you will not get the money back in. For example, we were able to use the hop-on, hop-off bus because of the necessary sightseeing times of many places of interest to quickly get from one place to another, which was more impressive through explanations than by public transport. In any case, we can recommend the pass, as it definitely makes your stay in Rome easier and prevents frequent long waiting!
Everything went super. We received the passes for Rome very quickly for Switzerland. We got the wrong passports but got a call and got the right ones without problems the next day. All the sights were wonderful, we could go anywhere without running through the passports and everything worked out wonderfully. I would book such passes again because you will benefit a lot of time without stress. We were very happy with it.

Travel with Turbopass is worthwhile!
The Rome City Pass was well worth it for us! Activation was straightforward and we saved not only money but also time. We had the 3-day pass for reasons of time only two days use, nevertheless we had saved money for the admissions / means of transport - contrary to payments locally. A star deduction, as the Vatican tour was fully booked (time was requested early enough). At my request if an alternative could be offered was unfortunately not received. A credit note was refunded immediately. Conclusion: We would not do without a pass on another trip to Rome.
I am very satisfied we passed all queues quickly. I just thought it was a shame that we did not get an appointment for the Vatican that should have been more visible before, but we got a refund directly.
Trastevere is a cozy place with many small restaurants. We recommend. Most sights are close to the city and also within easy walking distance. We had a good time in Rome.
Preferential admission definitely saves a lot of time. With the public transport one has got, with the pass, everywhere.
The pass is very convenient as you have paid everything to avoid having to pay extra. It all goes very quickly. Even in high season. And you do not have to have so much money with you. In a city with a high risk of pickpocketing, it's better that way.
