The Venice City Pass is your all-in-one ticket for exploring this romantic city. You can also add a Venice Travelcard to your Venice City Pass so you can get from A to B with ease with unlimited journeys on public transport. Please note: safety precautions and security checks have been increasedand intensified across many attractions which can sometimes result in delays at security. These security checks cannot be avoided with the Venice City Pass, even if it includes ‘skip the line’ entry.

Immediately after receipt of payment, you will receive the Venice City Pass by e-mail for you to print out yourself or for your smartphone at the e-mail address you provided. Please note that the Venice City Pass consists of several parts.
To truly experience the magic of this romantic city, you have to see Venice for yourself and walk through the cobbled streets, over the picturesque bridges, and into the stunning piazzas to take in the views, sights, and sounds of this enchanting place. Some of the top attractions you’ll want to add to your itinerary are St. Mark’s Basilica (and St. Mark’s Companile), Biblioteca Nazionale Marciana (the largest library in the world), and Doge’s Palace – famous for its opulent halls and famous paintings by Tizian and Tintoretto. Venice also boasts stunning churches and many other significant museums around St. Mark’s Square, too. Venice has played an important role throughout history as a merchant town and it’s thanks to its location and structure.
Did you know the city is actually made up of 118 islands and its pedestrian only? That is, unless you take a gondola! The Venice City Pass includes a Grand Canal Tour and/or a Gondola Ride (Classic and Complete passes) to take in the sights from the water.
If you choose a Classic or Complete Pass you can even enjoy a boat tour of the islands in the northern lagoon to visit the glass blower island Murano, the colorfulfishing island Burano, and the whimsical island of Torcello. To complete your sightseeing package, we will send you an attachment with detailed information about all the attractions included in the Pass.
Validity: The Venice City Passes – Starter, Classic and Complete – have been designed for maximum flexibility and are all valid for seven consecutive days from your chosen start date. Please note that the Correr Museum (which includes entry to the Museo Archeologico Nazionale and Sale Monumentali Biblioteca Marciana) can only be visited within three consecutive days from Doge's Palace visit. The passes will expire if unused after 12 months from the purchase date. The passes will be activated upon first use at an attraction and will stop working once your pass duration has expired.
Opening hours: It is always best to plan ahead and check for any closures or special holiday dates which can affect opening hours, especially around Christmas and Easter.
Please ensure you carry valid photo identification with you when using the pass. Children (6-12 years) and teens (13-17 years) must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Cancellation: Should your plans change, we can reimburse your order up to 1 day before the provisional start date entered, only if the passes and additional products have been unused and not activated. We charge a 30 € service charge for each reimbursement.
The Venice City Passes are available in German and English.
Is transport included in the Venice City Pass? You have the option of adding on an additional Venice Travelcard, to be used on the public transport network for 1, 2, 3, or 7 days. Adding a Venice Travelcard will complete your Venice City Pass package and will take the stress out of sightseeing as you can get from A to B with ease. Your Travelcard can be used on: Buses Trams Vaporettos (water buses) The Travelcard is also valid to use in Murano, Burano, and Torcello, and on buses in Mestre and Marghera.
