The Venice City Passes – Starter, Classic and Complete – have been designed for maximum flexibility and are all valid for seven consecutive days from your chosen start date. Please note that the Correr Museum (which includes entry to the Museo Archeologico Nazionale and Sale Monumentali Biblioteca Marciana) can only be visited within three consecutive days from Doge's Palace visit. The passes will expire if unused after 12 months from the purchase date.
The passes will be activated upon first use at an attraction and will stop working once your pass duration has expired. It is always best to plan ahead and check for any closures or special holiday dates which can affect opening hours, especially around Christmas and Easter.
Please ensure you carry valid photo identification with you when using the pass. Children (6-12 years) and teens (13-17 years) must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Should your plans change, we can reimburse your order up to 1 day before the provisional start date entered, only if the passes and additional products have been unused and not activated. We charge a 30 € service charge for each reimbursement.
The Venice City Passes are available in German and English.
