The Chiesa di San Vidal was built in 1084 as a church for Dosoduro and is currently used as a concert hall. This church does not hold mass and instead serves as a memorial for Duke Francesco Morosini. It is decorated with works by Pellegrini, Piazzetta, Carpaccio, and many other artists. Currently, the Chiesa di San Vidal holds chamber music ensembles (by Interpreti Venezia) on over 200 days every year, featuring pieces from famous composers like Bach and Vivaldi.
