Destination Portfolio & Supply Manager (f/m/d)
Turbopass is a leading multi-attraction city pass provider operating across Europe and beyond. We design and distribute city passes that give travellers seamless access to top attractions, experiences, and transport in major destinations.
As we continue to grow and professionalize our structure, we are strengthening our destination portfolio management. We are looking for a commercially driven and hands-on Destination Portfolio & Supply Manager to take ownership of key destinations across Southern Europe and the Middle East.
The Role
This is a strategic commercial role with direct impact on the performance of some of our most important destinations.
As Destination Portfolio & Supply Manager, you will shape the commercial strength and long-term sustainability of the Turbopass product in your markets. You will work closely with the CCO and cross-functional teams, with clear ownership over supplier performance, portfolio quality, commercial terms, and overall destination results.
This role is suited to a commercially sharp and structured professional who is comfortable taking ownership and driving measurable impact.
What You Will Be Responsible For
You will own the full supply and portfolio performance of your destinations, including:
- Leading all supplier contracting and commercial negotiations, securing competitive rates, clear conditions, and long-term partnerships
- Actively improving gross margin through smarter contracting, renegotiation, and portfolio optimization
- Building and maintaining a strong and strategically balanced attraction portfolio in each destination
- Identifying gaps, opportunities, and risks within the portfolio and driving concrete improvement actions
- Monitoring destination-level KPIs (sales performance, margin impact, supplier contribution) and taking corrective action where needed
- Assessing the commercial viability of new inclusions and advising on their impact on overall product performance
- Acting as the main commercial contact for suppliers and managing escalations or strategic discussions
- Working closely with Operations to ensure smooth delivery and fulfilment, and that supplier processes are clear and scalable
- Providing structured input into pricing decisions by delivering accurate cost visibility and market insights
- Continuously monitoring the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities to strengthen Turbopass positioning
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a commercially driven professional who combines negotiation strength with structured thinking and accountability.
You bring:
- 5+ years of experience in travel, tourism, attractions, or a comparable commercial environment
- Proven experience in supplier negotiations and contract management within the region.
- Strong commercial understanding of margin logic, pricing structures, and performance drivers
- Confidence in managing multiple destinations and stakeholders simultaneously
- Ability to translate commercial data into clear decisions and actions
- A proactive mindset — you don’t wait for problems, you anticipate them
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with partners
- A structured and analytical way of working
- Fluency in Italian and English (additional regional languages are a strong plus)
