This was such a useful pass. It was easy to collect and use. I suggested you look up collections point the shop isn’t obvious at first.
The Turbpass gives access to Pompii, Hurculanium, Naples museum, the underground tunnels , Hop on hop off buses and the local transport.
We visited all the places we wanted and the pass included a food tour . Fantastic!
You can buy purchase it online in advance which I would recommend and also pre book historical sites so you’re not disappointed.
We bought a 3 day pass but you can get 7 days .
Our trip was only for four days , it was perfect and great value.

"Very good value for money"

I had a good experience using Turbopass. Information regarding all venues was accurate. I hope a mobile app will be developed that will make the experience even better.

"If it was fully digital it would get 5 stars"

In a digital age it is a bit disappointing you have to go to a touristic kiosk in the middle of the centre. So even buying free public transport you still need to pay public transport ;-).

In the case of Naples Italy 1 day isn’t worth it because of the time but we did have a 2 day ticket and finally we had truly financiel profit BUT the fact you have a ticket to do many things and a small guide (A4) you at least know what you can do in and around town.

I will definitely buy a Turbopass again when visiting a participating city but to be frank it is a Passe-par-tour without Turbo.

"For us it wasn't really worth it"

Overall, we really liked the activities we used (underground, food tour, archaeological museum, hop-on hop-off, Pompeii). We didn't like the fact that you can only pick up tickets for local transport in the city at one address (one of the tickets was also damaged, so you couldn't get through the metro turnstiles with it). It was also a bit stupid that you had to decide on the day you wanted to visit the archaeological park of Pompeii in advance, because you couldn't react flexibly to the weather and temperatures. Our Naples City Passes weren't accepted at Napoli Sotterranea, so we still had to pay the entrance fee there. - The tour itself was very exciting and recommendable. We liked the Naples street food tour with Ariana the best.
