How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking early, especially for group trips. This allows us to best secure the availability of the tickets you want and ensure a smooth planning process.
What happens if the group size changes?
Changes are usually possible without any issues, but must be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our customer service team will assist you quickly and easily.
How do I get the group discount?

Are the City Passes transferable or valid for individual use?
After booking, a digital City Pass is provided as a link that can be forwarded to the respective participants within the group.
How can I contact customer support during my trip?
Our customer support team is available daily from Monday through Sunday between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM and is here to assist you with any questions regarding your City Passes.
How do cancellations work?
Cancellations are possible in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. The specific cancellation policy of the booked City Pass applies.
