What is a Mini Pass?
A Mini Pass is a simple bundle for a short city visit. It includes entry to the city's top attraction, a Hop-on Hop-off bus ticket and exclusive partner discounts. You book once, get everything as a digital pass on your phone, and don't need to buy individual tickets.
How does the 72-hour guarantee work?
Book your Mini Pass at least 72 hours before your visit date and we will secure your top attraction entry slot for you. Bookings made within 72 hours are subject to availability.
When will I receive my Mini Pass and attraction tickets?
Your digital Mini Pass is available immediately after booking. Your top attraction ticket will be booked separately and added to your pass in good time before your visit, typically within 3–7 days before your travel date. For the Eiffel Tower, you will be able to access our partner’s booking portal to choose your preferred date and available time slot
How long is the Hop-on Hop-off bus valid?
For Rome and Athens, your Hop-On Hop-Off ticket is valid for 48 hours from first activation. For Paris and Barcelona, tickets are valid for 24 hours from first activation.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, provided your Mini Pass has not been used and your top-attraction ticket has not yet been booked. Once the attraction ticket has been booked or any part of the pass has been used, the booking is no longer cancellable. If you need to cancel, please send us a message here Contact.
How is the Mini Pass different from the City Pass?
The City Pass is an all-round ticket. It is valid for 1, 2, 3 or more days, depending on the city. You can visit all included attractions once during that time, and city or boat tours are often included. The Mini Pass is more focused. It covers one top attraction, a Hop-on Hop-off bus ticket and discounts. It suits you if you only want to see the city's main highlight and get an overview of the city by bus.
How is the Mini Pass different from the Flex Pass?
With the Flex Pass, you choose 2 to 7 attractions yourself and save up to 35% compared to individual tickets. It is valid for 365 days, and you decide which attractions to visit after booking. With the Mini Pass, the top attraction is already chosen for you. You pick the date when you book. The Hop-on Hop-off bus is included, and it isn't part of the Flex Pass selection.
Which pass is right for me?
Choose the Mini Pass if your time is limited, your budget is tight, or you mainly want to see the city's top attraction and get an overview from the Hop-on Hop-off bus. Choose the City Pass if you want to see many attractions in a fixed number of days. Choose the Flex Pass if you want to pick 2 to 7 attractions and decide later when to visit them.
What is included in a Mini Pass?
Every Mini Pass includes three things:
- Guaranteed entry to the top attraction of your destination
- A Hop-on Hop-off bus ticket (24 or 48 hours, depending on the city)
- Exclusive partner discounts across the city
Do I need to buy individual tickets?
No. Your attraction ticket, bus ticket and discounts are all in your digital pass. You don't need to queue to buy tickets on site.
