What is the commission?
The starting commission is 8% on every City Pass sold – from the very first sale, with no hidden thresholds. In addition, there's a 2% quality bonus for accurately maintained content (correct prices and product descriptions). We also regularly rotate featured products with increased commissions , and for publishers with significant revenue, we negotiate individual tiered commission plans (CPA, hybrid, special deals).
In which markets are there Turbopass programs?
AWIN operates in 6 markets : Germany (DE), France (FR), Great Britain (UK/EN), Italy (IT), Spain (ES) and the USA (US). Each program is localized with its own currency, tracking system, and payout method.
When and how will the payment be made?
Payouts are processed automatically on a monthly basis via AWIN in your local currency (EUR / GBP / USD) once the minimum threshold is reached (usually €20–25 depending on the AWIN market).
How long is the cookie lifespan?
30 days via AWIN. If someone clicks on your link and buys a pass within the next 30 days, you will receive a commission — even if the purchase is delayed.
What is the 2% quality bonus?
Publishers who provide accurate and up-to-date content —meaning correct prices, accurate product descriptions, and no outdated information—receive an additional 2% commission . The reason: accurate content leads to higher conversion rates and fewer cancellations. We reward this.
What are Focus products?
We rotate through different featured products with increased commissions — e.g., seasonal city passes, new product launches, or bestseller campaigns. You'll be proactively informed so you can tailor your promotions accordingly.
What exactly is included in the pass?
This varies by city. The pass bundles free entry to top attractions. Depending on the destination, extras are included—such as a public transport ticket (e.g., HVV in Hamburg), hop-on hop-off tours, boat tours, or exclusive discounts. You can find the exact details for each city at turbopass.com.
How long does the activation take?
We will contact you within 2 business days of receiving your application . Most publishers are live in the AWIN program within one week.
Are there minimum ranges?
No — we look at quality and thematic relevance, not just pure reach. Niche publishers and newcomers are also welcome, as long as the topic fits the travel and city break target group.
Can I negotiate individual terms?
Yes, absolutely. For larger reach, top placements, campaigns or special models (CPA, hybrid, lifetime, campaign sponsorship, exclusive codes, co-branded landing pages), we will speak to you directly — quickly and without network bureaucracy.
Does this also work on TikTok / Instagram?
