Only the number of attractions is selected when purchasing the Naples Flex Pass. The individual attractions can be chosen later directly in the digital pass from the full list of included sights.

Which attractions can be chosen from?

The Naples Flex Pass includes many of the city’s top attractions, such as Pompeii, Herculaneum, the National Archaeological Museum of Naples, Reggia di Casterta and more. The exact inclusions depend on the selected pass option.

What is the difference between the Naples Flex Pass and the Naples City Pass?

The City Pass includes access to all of attractions over a defined number of days, while the Flex Pass allows you to choose only a specific number of those attractions. The Flex Pass offers more flexibility and a lower starting price for visitors who want to focus on selected highlights.

How many attractions can I choose?

You can choose between 2 and 7 attractions when purchasing the Flex Pass. Choosing more attractions reduces the price per attraction.

Do attractions need to be reserved in advance?

For some visits or tours you do need to make a reservation. You will receive all the important information, contacts and addresses together with your digital City Pass by e-mail. These special booking instructions apply to Naples: Archaeological Site of Pompeii: Convenient booking with the digital pass Napoli Sotterranea : Advance booking is recommended as group sizes are limited Other attractions can be visited spontaneously by showing the QR code at the entrance.

Can an attraction be changed after it has been selected?

Once an attraction has been selected in the digital pass, it cannot be changed. Some attractions also require advance reservation within a specific timeframe.

What happens to unused attractions?

Unused attractions expire after 30 days.

When does the Flex Pass start? How long is it valid?

You select a day of first use when purchasing the Flex Pass. The pass is activated when the first attraction is visited, and remains valid for 30 days from that moment.

How many attractions are available to choose from?

The Naples Flex Pass includes the same attraction portfolio as the Naples City Pass.

How do I get to the attractions?

Most of the attractions in Naples are easily accessible by public transport. You can optionally book a ticket for public transport in addition to your Flex Pass. For Pompeii and Herculaneum, take the Circumvesuviana railway. You can easily reach the Reggia di Caserta by regional train. Many attractions in the city centre are within walking distance.

When travelling as a group, can each person choose different attractions?

Yes. When booking for multiple people, each pass holder can select their own individual set of attractions.

When travelling as a group, can we book the same attraction at the same time slot?

Yes. If you book an attraction for several people at the same time, all pass holders will be booked into the same time slot.

Can attractions be visited more than once?

Each included attraction can be visited once per Flex Pass.

Yes. The archaeological site of Pompeii is one of the selectable top attractions within the Naples Flex Pass. Due to high demand, advance reservation is strongly recommended.

Can I book Herculaneum?

Yes. The ancient Roman city of Herculaneum is also part of the selectable attractions. As with Pompeii, visitor numbers may be limited during peak season.

Can I book the hop-on hop-off bus?

Yes, the 24-hour hop-on hop-off bus is one of the attractions that can be selected with the Flex Pass.

How does the hop-on hop-off tour work?

With your Flex Pass, you can choose 24 hours of all routes with the hop-on hop-off bus including free audio commentary. You can change buses as often as you like and hop on and off at all stops. Simply show your Flex Pass to a member of staff at the bus company and you will receive your ticket.

Which attractions have limited capacity?

Especially top attractions such as: Pompeii Underground Naples have strictly limited capacities and often require time-slot reservations. We recommend booking these attractions as soon as possible after receiving your Flex Pass.

Which attractions are particularly suitable for families with children?
