Do attractions need to be chosen at the time of purchase?

Only the number of attractions is selected when purchasing the London Flex Pass. Attractions can be chosen later, directly in the digital pass, from the full list of included sights.

What is the difference between the London Flex Pass and the London City Pass?

The London City Pass offers unlimited access to all included attractions for a fixed number of consecutive days. The London Flex Pass, on the other hand, allows you to select a specific number of attractions, offering flexibility and a lower starting price.

How many attractions can I choose?

You can choose between 2 and 7 attractions when purchasing the London Flex Pass. The more attractions you select, the lower the price per attraction.

Is the Flex Pass digital or physical?

The London Flex Pass is 100% digital. There are no collection points – the Flex Pass is used directly on a smartphone.

Do attractions need to be reserved in advance?

Some popular attractions require a reservation, which can be made via the digital pass. Other attractions can be visited spontaneously by showing the QR code at the entrance.

Can an attraction be changed after it has been selected?

What happens to unused attractions?
