Which attractions can be chosen from?

The Paris Flex Pass includes attractions from the Paris Essentials Pass portfolio, such as the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Palace of Versailles, Arc de Triomphe, and the hop-on hop-off bus.

Do attractions need to be chosen at the time of purchase?

Only the number of attractions is selected when purchasing the Flex Pass. Attractions can be chosen later, directly in the digital pass, from the full list of included sights.

What is the difference between the Paris Flex Pass and the Paris City Pass?

The City Pass includes access to all 20+ attractions for a fixed price, while the Flex Pass allows visitors to select only the attractions they want, with a lower starting price.

How many attractions can I choose?

You can choose between 2 and 7 attractions when purchasing the Flex Pass. Choosing more attractions reduces the price per attraction.

Is the Flex Pass digital or physical?

The Flex Pass is 100% digital. There are no collection points — the pass is used directly on a smartphone.

Do attractions need to be reserved in advance?

Some popular attractions require a reservation, which can be made via the digital pass. Other attractions can be visited spontaneously by showing the QR code at the entrance.

Can an attraction be changed after it has been selected?

Once an attraction has been selected in the digital pass, it cannot be changed. Some attractions also require advance reservation within a specific timeframe.

What happens to unused attractions?

Unused attractions expire after 30 days.

When does the Flex Pass start? How long is it valid?

You select a day of first use when purchasing the Flex Pass. The pass is activated when the first attraction is visited, and remains valid for 30 days from that moment.

How many attractions are available to choose from?

The Paris Flex Pass includes around 20 attractions — the same portfolio as the Paris Essentials Pass — plus discount partners offering regular discounts.

When travelling as a group, can each person choose different attractions?

Yes. When booking for multiple people, each pass holder can select their own individual set of attractions.

When travelling as a group, can we book the same attraction at the same time slot?

Yes. If you book an attraction for several people at the same time, all pass holders will be booked into the same time slot.

Can attractions be visited more than once?

Each included attraction can be visited once per Flex Pass.

How does a visit to the Eiffel Tower work with the Flex Pass?

If you book the tour of the Eiffel Tower, you get a guided tour to the 2nd floor with fast-track access, at no extra cost. The only thing you need to do is book your desired time slot. You will receive all the information about the reservation and the relevant contact details together with your digital Flex Pass by email. This way, you are guaranteed to secure your desired date for the absolute Paris highlight and don't have to worry about fully booked time slots. With your reservation, you can then enjoy direct access without queuing and experience the breathtaking view over Paris from the 2nd floor!

Is the hop-on hop-off bus included?

Yes, the 24-hour hop-on hop-off bus is one of the attractions that can be selected with the Flex Pass.

How does the hop-on hop-off tour work?

With you Flex Pass, you can choose 24 hours of all routes with the hop-on hop-off bus with free audio commentary. You can change buses as often as you like and hop on and off at all stops. Simply show your Flex Pass to a member of staff at the bus company and you will receive your ticket.

How does a visit to Versailles Palace work?

Versailles Palace can be chosen with the Flex Pass and offers you a particularly convenient journey: The ticket includes a travelling companion on the train from Paris to Versailles. This is how your visit to Versailles works: You will meet your tour guide at an agreed point in Paris, who will take you safely to the Palace of Versailles (approx. 1 hour journey on the RER C). Once there, your pass gives you direct entry without queuing. You can then explore the magnificent palace and the extensive gardens at your own pace. Alternatively, you can of course also travel to Versailles on your own if you prefer to travel independently. Our tip: Plan at least half a day for Versailles, preferably a whole day, to fully enjoy both the opulent palace rooms and the beautiful gardens. The travel companion will take care of all the travel organisation for you, so you can start your Versailles adventure relaxed!

Are audio guides or guided tours included?

The audio commentary is included free of charge on the hop-on hop-off tour. The Eiffel Tower guided tour to the second floor and the 3-hour bike tour are already included in the pass. Guided tours to the Palace of Versailles are also included. You can find all the details about which services are included and where in your Flex Pass documents.

Is there free WiFi at the attractions?

Most modern museums and attractions in Paris offer free WiFi. Wi-Fi is also often available on the hop-on hop-off buses. In general, Wi-Fi coverage in Paris' tourist areas is pretty good, so you should always find a way to stay connected.

Is there somewhere I can leave my belongings/are there lockers?

Larger museums like the Louvre usually have lockers or a cloakroom where you can leave your belongings safely. At the Eiffel Tower, large bags are not allowed for security reasons - so only pack what you need. There are also luggage lockers in many metro stations and at the airport if you are travelling with heavy luggage. Are the attractions accessible?

The Louvre is mostly barrier-free with lifts and ramps. The Eiffel Tower has lifts to all floors. The Palace of Versailles is partially accessible and the gardens are easily accessible. The hop-on hop-off buses are partially accessible, it is best to ask the staff when boarding. The Montparnasse Tower is fully accessible.
