The city is famous for its breathtaking architecture, which is closely associated with the name Antoni Gaudí. Gaudí's masterpieces such as the Sagrada Família and Park Güell are absolute must-see attractions for many. Few people realise that other works by Gaudí can also be visited in a more relaxed way: Both Casa Batlló and Casa Mila, also known as La Pedrera ("the quarry"), in Passeig de Gràcia can be visited from the inside and offer a fantastic impression of Gaudí's vision for residential and commercial buildings.
An excellent way to get a first impression of Barcelona is through the hop-on-hop-off buses. There are two different routes that take you to the city's major attractions, including Passeig de Gràcia, an elegant shopping street with impressive architecture, and Barceloneta, a lively neighborhood with a beautiful beach.
The Mediterranean climate in Barcelona makes the city an attractive destination year-round. Summers are warm and sunny, ideal for beach days and exploring the city. The best time to visit is usually from May to September when the weather is pleasant. Winters are mild, but slightly wetter, still making the metropolis attractive to visitors.

Validity: The Barcelona City Pass is valid for 1 to 7 consecutive calendar days. The validity for visiting the attractions begins on the day you specify as the first day of use when placing your order. Please note that you can only use each included and discounted attraction once.
Public Transportation: With your Barcelona City Pass, you can optionally add public transportation, allowing you to use the common public transport modes such as train, metro, tram, and bus for free upon arrival at the airport. You enjoy unlimited rides in public transport for 48 hours, 72 hours, 96 hours, or even 120 hours from the moment of your first ride. There are no additional costs for public transportation. But don't worry, even if you purchase a City Pass for 6 or 7 days, we offer you the option to add the public transportation ticket for 5 days. Your ticket will only be activated with the first use of public transportation. For example, you can use the hop-on-hop-off bus on the first day and activate your public transportation ticket on the second or third day.
Hop-On-Hop-Off City Exploration: Your Barcelona City Pass includes a one-day ticket (valid for one calendar day) for the hop-on-hop-off sightseeing bus. With the convenient hop-on-hop-off option, you can board and disembark from the bus as you please. This allows you to explore interesting places and popular attractions of Barcelona comfortably and effortlessly.
Opening Hours: Some attractions, museums, and sights may sometimes be unavailable due to organizational reasons such as renovations, etc. There are offers that are only available at certain (times of the) day. To ensure that the attraction is open, we recommend checking in advance, such as on the website of the respective partners. Please also note that most museums in Barcelona are closed on Mondays and possibly on holidays.
