Everything worked wonderfully, the City Pass includes all the main sights. The miniature wonder world in the warehouse district would be great. Good value for money, recommended.
If you want to visit a city, you want to experience as much as possible in one day and at a reasonable price. With the Hamburg City Pass, a friend and I were able to get to know the diverse city of Hamburg. First we went through Hamburg with the hop on hop off bus. A harbor tour was also a must. In addition, many museums were looked at, since we had free entry. As a result, we also got a taste of museums that we might not have gone into otherwise. We particularly enjoyed the Panopticon and Cap San Diego.

We were able to drive from A to B in a relaxed manner with the Turbo Pass. Visiting many museums that are included ... really a great thing!
We had the turbo pass for one day and especially loved the hop on hop off bus tour and the boat trip! It was also great on the Michel.
We were in Hamburg for one day and bought the City Pass with local transport. Simply great! Harbor tour, hop on hop off, public transport - that would have cost us a lot more. We would have gladly done the Alster trip, but it didn't take place in the afternoon, although during the tour before that it was written at the landing stage that it would also run again at half past four. Unfortunately we had to take another company and pay extra.
There were four of us (2 adults + 2 children) in Hamburg for 3 days and we made full use of the turbo pass. Unfortunately, the pass did not count in the dungeon in August, the children would like to be in there too. The tour to the Elbphilharmonie and Kiez was great!
The pass is a good idea but only if you want to see many of the sights. You probably save a few euros with it, but at least. What annoyed me, however, is that after a year of pandemic no precise information is given about where there are impairments - you still have to pick everything out yourself.
With the Turbo Pass we visited museums that would otherwise probably not have been on our list (e.g. Hafenmuseum, Ballins Emigration Museum, Speicherstadtmuseum ...). We were really pleasantly surprised by the advantages and really saved ourselves money. Although we were in Hamburg for a long time, we weren't able to take full advantage of all of the advantages. We also recommend the free guided tours (landmark tour and Kiez tour) as the guides turn these tours into "atypical" city tours with their stories - something different. It was difficult to get the pass: many advance booking offices do not offer it or have closed due to Corona. Unfortunately, we were late at the airport. So we booked it online. Since a printout of the ticket is required in the transport companies, we had to do this in the hotel. It would be great if this were valid online.
I used the Hamburg City Pass for my summer vacation in July. If you use a lot of offers in a meticulous way, it is very beneficial. Only three or four museums had difficulty handling the QR code or didn't even know they were using it. One museum lady was very impudent because she passive-aggressively blamed her ignorance on an alleged expiry of the passport. Unfortunately, that was very annoying. Otherwise great.
Basically, the Hamburg City Pass was a great thing. Since we had "big plans" for our week-long visit to Hamburg, it was also financially worthwhile and it was nice not to have to rummage around with money or cards. In addition, all the sights and activities that we wanted to see were included. Often, however, the City Pass was not known at the cash registers and colleagues first had to be brought in who were familiar with it and knew how it should be billed. A suggestion for improvement: The period of validity should be printed and not just "hidden" in the code. We booked the pass for 7 days half a week before the start of the journey. Since only the purchase date was printed on, after a week had passed since the purchase, we often got the passport back with the words: "It has expired". But overall a great thing.
We had a great time in Hamburg using the Turbopass. Remember to map out your trip and calculate how much you are saving based on the attractions you want to visit.
It was totally worth it. Especially the option with local transport. She really enjoyed the harbor tour and the guided Kiez tour. The next time I will definitely order the Turbo Pass.
Hamburg offers many facets. The hop on hop off bus ride was great at the pass. So you could get a good overview and get off at your favorite place. Unfortunately we could not do the Alster tour with the pass, as this ship had technical problems. Unfortunately, the Kitztour was also a flop, as no one came to take the tour at the specified time. Therefore unfortunately only 4 out of 5 stars.
All admissions and trips worked without any problems. Hamburg is worth a trip. Unfortunately, the steamer was broken and a tour of the Alster was not possible. So we had to book or pay for this trip.
Everything worked out great. It was very stress free when you wanted to see things and you could just walk in. If you want to see a lot and do a lot in a short period of time, then the Turbopass is definitely a good investment, as you can also use the bus, subway and so on. As soon as your feet hurt too much from sightseeing, you can simply use any public transport.
Basically, the Hamburg City Pass is a great ticket, definitely to be recommended ... I don't know if it was due to Corona that you had to register for many things online, but that might have to be explicitly explained in the descriptions. It was definitely not the last time, I have planned a few more city trips and I am sure that a City Pass will be available again.
