If you deselect the entry to the Vatican you will save 21 € for adults/– 12 € for teenager/child.Please observe the dress code for visiting the Vatican and wear clothing that covers your knees and shoulders, otherwise the access can be denied. Please note that you may be subject to delays in security checks at the Vatican. These checks cannot be bypassed with "Preferential Admission". Don't go into it, with your pass you already have free and reserved access and can go directly to the entrance. You can find more information about the Vatican here.
Colosseum (with Roman Forum and Palatine Hills): The Colosseum is limited available as the capacity has been limited. For your reserved and free access please choose a date during your booking. If you find your desired date there, we recommend that you reserve it quickly. For your City Pass simply choose in course of your booking "Without Colosseum" and your price will be reduced. If you deselect the entrance to the Colosseum, you will save 13,60 € for adults (no entrance fee will be charged for teen/child). More information about the Colosseum can be found here.Even though the availability of the Colosseum is indicated, in some cases you may not receive a Colosseum Ticket from us due to overbooking. We recommend that you check availability here on the official website of the colosseum and purchase your admission and reservation immediately. You also may find remaining tickets there if your desired date and time is no longer available on our site.Due to security checks you should be at the Colosseum 30 minutes before your allocated time slot for your preferred admission. Walk past the checkout line directly to the entrance. The Colosseum is generally open for public free of charge on the 1st Sunday of the month - please note that there may therefore be a greater number of visitors on this day and that there is no preferential admission on this day. Your ticket is valid for the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine. You can visit the Roman Forum and Palatine on the same day (e.g. before the Colosseum) or on the day after the Colosseum, regardless of the reserved time from the Colosseum.
Tickets for children (under the age of 18) are not tied to a time, only to the printed date. This means that a child can enter the Colosseum at any time on the that particular date.
Arrival and departure times: If you like to visit the Vatican and/ or Colosseum on your arrival or departure day, please let us know the time of arrival and departure by writing into the note field when booking. This ensures that the time of your reserved entry fits to your arrival or departure time.

Also not if the validity period coincidentally includes the rest day of a museum. Children and teens: Children and teens under the age of 18 sometimes need a proof of age (passport or identity card) in order to get free entry to certain attractions. Children and teens do not pay admission to the Colosseum and the Colosseum does not offer reservations for them. Free entry to the Colosseum requires a free ticket for children under 18 years of age, which is only available on site. You will find further information on obtaining a free ticket in the attachment content of your pass under "Colosseum".

Many Italian museums are closed on Mondays (except for the Vatican, the Colosseum and the Tour) and on 25 December, 1 January and 1 May. The Vatican Museums are closed on Sundays and some church holidays. The St. Peter's Basilica is closed wednesdays from 8 am to 12 pm and on 24 December and 31 December.
