Thanks to the pass, we (6 people) not only saved a lot of money, but also did things that would otherwise have remained hidden from us. Especially the "In the footsteps of Olivia Jones" tour led by an amazing (18 year old guide named Jonathan was one of the absolute highlights of our stay. Would we do it again and again!!

For the first time in the city, we discovered many very different things with the turbo pass. We had ordered the pass for 4 days and were able to do a lot of activities. We also tried the offers from some partners, free bags and free desserts were also included. We particularly liked the nostalgic Alster trip. It is worth inquiring about travel times.
Was worth it! We saved about 150 euros in entrance fees. I can only recommend it!
It was our first time going abroad and i found the Turbopass very worth it. It gave us the freedom of accessing a large number of museums and some tours which we really enjoyed. Most importantly it also allowed us to use anytime and anywhere any mean of public transport which is an ease every new traveller needs. I highly reccomend.
Most of the major sights are included in the package, as are good guided tours. Especially if you're tearing with children, it's great if you don't have to pay for each entry separately. Sometimes children want to move on quickly. You would be annoyed if you had paid in full

City Pass was really worth it. We booked the tour the day before as stated and had confirmation within half an hour.

I had gotten the ticket alone for 1 day. And very well used. I can highly recommend it, even if you only do a few of the activities, it's often worth it. This pass is really great if you have to use public transport around the city and visit many attractions/museums. Always my pleasure.
All transport & attraction tickets were included in my 5 day turbo pass. I got discounts on buying souvenirs, free dessert at my favourite, Hard Rock Cafe
We were in Hamburg for 6 days and were on the road a lot. With the City Pass we were able to experience things that we would otherwise probably not have done. It is totally motivating!
Our first visit to Hamburg, with a bus stop in front of the hotel. By bus and subway every day in the direction of city center and landing piers, very easy to reach, very good plan and guidance with Google Maps. Red double-decker tour, harbor tour and many other visits free of charge thanks to the Turbo Pass. The bottom line is, organically very satisfied with this solution and financially definitely worthwhile. I can only recommend!
This was the second time we had ordered and used the Hamburg City Pass. Unfortunately, due to the CORONA location, one or the other attraction was removed from the program. That was more than a shame and we would have hoped for a clearer indication in advance. But still to be recommended and a worthwhile thing if you put together your program a little in advance. The tour in the town hall should be included in the turbo pass.
