We booked for the three persons the two-day Turbo Pass Hamburg and were really completely satisfied. We made 3 guided tours with the pass, visits to the two museum ships and the Michel, as well as the Hamburg Dungeon and each time the transaction worked smoothly and within seconds. The presentation of the passport as a PDF on the phone was also never a problem. We recommend!
By accident, I came across the City Pass during our vacation preparation for Hamburg. I was skeptical at first, then I researched and started to calculate. Finally, we have decided for 7 days with local traffic. It was just great. The program is very extensive, we have not been able to do everything because even 7 days are not enough to visit everything in peace. Anyway, we did more than originally planned. It was totally uncomplicated. I printed out the ticket and just had to show it. Occasionally there was a stamp on it. I also saw other tourists with the City Pass who had the QR code on their smartphone. Looking back, I would definitely take the City Pass again.
The Turbapass was very easy to handle, it saves waiting time and if you count the individual prices together you have made a great bargain. I can only recommend.

Experienced so much in 6 days and constantly on tour with the HVV. Dungeon, harbor cruise, Alster tour, Hopp on Hopp off bus tour, Michel, Rickmer Rimers .... Especially fantastic the Kiez Tour desire & vice with Marcus, just unforgettable. Duckstein Festival and the summer dome also a must. But unfortunately not everything, therefore - soon Hamburg again. Good food in the Portuguese quarter at the Landungsbrücken
I had a 5-day pass. It was great value, loads of museums/tours etc covered by the pass and I didn't have to worry about public transport tickets. There were some good boat tours for when feet were tired! Photo is taken at Landungsbrücken, starting point for an Elbe harbour boat tour.

we were there for 5 days, my girlfriends for the first time so the passport fit us great. We have lived in the Schanzenviertel where every palate is spoiled.
In the City Pass everything is in it what you want to see
In June we were the third time in Hamburg. This time with the City Pass. This is highly recommended. The city tour with the hop-on-hop-off bus gives a good overview. Alster and harbor cruise very interesting and with humorous captains. The Kieztour with Ulf was very informative and funny.
We had the 3 day pass. I can recommend the city tour with the open double decker bus! You will learn a lot of history, interesting and great things in a humorous, ingenious way. MERCI for this really great and funny experience! All other attractions were great! We will also use the City Pass again in other cities.
Really great, also for hamburgers, was traveling with friends for 2 days and as a hamburger I also discovered something new.
