City Pass is perfect. It has most of the attractions included in the pass. Likewise, the public transport. The nice thing about it, you can directly use the VIP entrance thereby also on most inputs, no queuing at large. The cost saving is also enormous. All offers to pay individually, is more expensive by a multiple. I would not hesitate to resort to the City Pass.
We were now the second time this year in Hamburg. The first time was the port birthday. Although very busy, but this is certainly nowhere like that. In any case you have to make a harbor cruise! The pass makes sense really! It saves money and it's so simple, because you can can ptint the pass by yourself. And love hamburgers, a little we envy you to this beautiful city! Every visitor should sit relaxed at the Alster and look at the water! Also there at Jungfernstieg you can get a burger from Jim block (with the ball, there are also discount it).

We had a great weekend. With the Turbopass we had all the free admissions. Was it worth for us. Hamburg is a great city for everyone. We come back next year.

I live in Hamburg and had visiting friends. We had thought about in advance what we want to do and bought us tickets for the harbor cruise and the Maritime Museum. With the Online Tickets everything worked very well and had a great time!
CityPass we could almost visit all free of charge and even use public transport. Especially the neighborhood tour with Cordelia -kompetent and witzig- was much appreciated. Incidentally, good burgers Gibt's in "Peter Pane" Pizza at "Einstein" and legger legger coffee at the fish market.
We used almost all options in the 3 days in Hamburg and thus gesparrt a lot. It worth for those who want a lot of companies, otherwise the free time is very limited because man per Atraktion approx 2-3h einplannen needs and already most atractions creates only combined.
I don’t like planning every little detail in advance. Hamburg City Pass gives you the opportunity to spontaneously decide which attractions to visit on site, what I really appreciated.
I am glad that I have chosen for the Hamburg City Pass because we were so incredibly flexible and are really everywhere come the same turn. We would never have to do so much in Hamburg!
The Turbo pass allowed us to be very flexible and to have access to our visits very easily. We were able to enjoy the most common attractions: city tour by double-decker bus/port visit by boat/the Rikmers sailboat/the Cargo boat/the panoramic view of St Mickael I had also subscribed to the transport supplement in common which allowed us to take transport without asking questions. We went to Blankenese and took advantage of the ferry. In conclusion: the pass is profitable (if you want to go sightseeing) and practical.
Unfortunately there were problems and unfriendly staff. We hadn't made a reservation, which was clearly our mistake, but as there was still space we made a reservation on site. Beforehand it was not possible to redeem the pass, even though there was space. After 10 minutes of discussion it was possible. Very sad, because that spoiled the fun of the game.
We were traveling in Hamburg with friends from Bavaria. After initial difficulties, everything worked out well. First we did a city tour with the Hop On Hop Off red line. Afterwards we went straight to the ship and took a harbor tour. Then we took the elevator up to Michel and had a really nice view over Hamburg. At the end we were in the Panopticon. Our friends were thrilled and we had a lovely day in Hamburg. What is important, however, is that you should start your city tour and harbor tour at the landing stages. You can convert the cards into tickets at the info points there.
We can recommend the Hamburg City Pass if you are staying for a week. Booking the neighborhood tour and the tour to the fish market is highly recommended. We had no complaints and the vouchers were accepted everywhere without any problems. All in all it was the right decision for us. Unfortunately the City Pass app didn't work.
You save a lot compared to your competitor, but you have to be clear that the offer is limited and many attractions are not included or are discounted. We were particularly disappointed that the most important attraction in Hamburg, the Miniatur Wunderland, was not included.
