There were five of us in Hamburg. The use of the Turbopass was always straightforward. Friendly provider. The tour of the Elbphilharmonie was extensive u. gave me a lot. The free use of HVV ferries I think great. We did not include museums in the program that often. There is much more to discover in u. around Hamburg.
So I can really recommend the Hamburg City Pass. A really great thing. There is no stress and you do not have to pay for every attraction. Just show the pass and that's it. On my next city trip I will decide again (if there is such a city pass) for it. Above all, if you want to look at a lot you can really save a lot of money. So thumbs up :-)
I bought the Hamburg City Pass and was very satisfied with all the activities that I took part in. The free public transport that came with it made it very convenient for me upon arriving in Hamburg as I did not had to go through the hassle of purchasing any train tickets. It was a little rush for me though, to try to fit in as much activities to make the pass worth it. My favorite was the Hamburg Cathedral as I was lucky because they had a symphony orchestra rehearsing on the same day I visited.
Easy handling, much cheaper than single entry, if you plan a comprehensive sightseeing program. However, I could not find a "preferred inlet" in the Hamburg Dungeon.
With the Turbopass we could see a lot, was worth investing in the Turbopass.
I liked it a lot and the turbo pass for Hamburg was a good idea.
The investor for the harbor cruise was hard to find. In the prospect investor was 6, but went off at the feeder 3.
We had bought the pass for 3 days. There were never any problems at the ticket offices or when booking the Lust & Laster Tour. The main attractions and the public transport are included. The only small drawback is that you have to buy the pass in advance (which I did online) as you have to book the guided tour one day in advance. This goes along with the fact that one gets the "guide" just digitally (if you want to save the postage). This guide did not open when first mailed, but with a quick email to the Turbopass team, this was quickly fixed. Thanks for that. All in all it was a good investment for a nice stay in fascinating Hamburg!
We had the pass for 5 days and have seen a lot more than we would have done without it. The price-performance ratio is appropriate here. We had ordered the passport at home and since we wanted to explore the city for 5 days, we laminated it to ensure "durability". We would have let that be better, because we had to listen to almost every attraction, the QR code must not only be read but the passport also be stamped .... Completely incomprehensible, if I can simply scan the code on the phone and logically nothing can be stamped here. That has a little bit clouded the joy. In and of itself the pass is great for exploring the city and also to see what you would not have seen without.
The Turbo Pass for Hamburg is highly recommended. He offers for "relatively" small money 90% of the trendy Hamburg offers, we would buy him again.
We have already bought the Hambrg City Pass more often. Always worth it. It is a bit difficult with the city tour by bus, which is highly recommended, but none of the buses know so really, with which buses you can drive. You will be referred from bus to bus - even at the second stay in Hamburg, where you are already quite relaxed to go to the bus stop - and then sure, bus color has changed - drivers as ignorant as a year earlier. But if then the bus is found, then it is worth an experience. Have already booked for other cities - other countries the passport - just CLASS.
You look at so many things you would not do without the passport !!! Super is also the one with the public transport everywhere for free. Hamburg Dungeon is for big and small highly recommended.

Der Turbopass ist eine tolle Sache und beinhaltet praktisch alle Verkehrsmittel.
Einzig bei der Stadtrundfahrt die inklusive ist, war es mühsam bis wir den richtigen Anbieter fanden.
