The pass met all of our expectations and provided more expedited access to the sites. When using it at the Louv be sure to get in the correct line--which is located in the very large courtyard at the base of the triangle. Signage is not the greatest. All in all, the pass worked well. Pick up in Paris was a bit of a challenge, so perhaps more locations would be welcomed If you plan to use this pass, order it and get it shipped to your home before you leave--most convenient! Ordering the Paris Turbo Pass was a very good decision. We were able to travel everywhere by public transport, and visit many sights. However, in the museums pass are many castles and museums of out-of-Paris, which in the six days are not possible to visit. Maybe they can be replaced with other Paris lenses that are easier to reach.
The pass is very helpful for the first time visitors!
Very good idea and very practical - ideally you organize the pass a few weeks before you can take it from home already. (On-site pick-up but also worked great, just need to stop before a Metroticket from the airport to the city / hotel) Where we already downgrade the reason for the star. There are in the Öffi ticket only zone 1-3 included, so not the airport (round trip) and not Versailles and the upgrade of the existing ticket is rather tedious. Unfortunately, the Eiffel Tower is not included in the package, so we had to queue for over an hour. Although you can actually book tickets in any reasonable hotel.
The passport has paid off again. You do not have to endeavor for public transport ticket and entry and long queues you save yourself. You just have to take advantage of it. But all in all, he is highly recommended.
We spent 4 days in Paris and decided in advance for the Turbo Pass. You can easily get the turbo pass and even get a city map and a small "guidebook". We thought that was great, as it was a perfect way to prepare for the city break with the turbo pass and get all the information in advance. We almost never had to queue for attractions with the Citypass, despite holidays. There was usually a FastTrack line with the TurboPass. We can only recommend the metro card too. Paris is very sprawling and you can barely walk if you want to see a lot. We drove every day as we liked to the various attractions and had to worry about no tickets and were not bound to any times. We would recommend the Citypass / Turbopass to anyone who wants to experience an exciting city break with many historical aspects.
Very big problems with the shuttle bus. No one wanted to take us and when we finally found the right bus, knew the first bus driver this card, the second, however, not. Was very annoying. Otherwise no problems.
Great holiday and numerous perks with the Paris City Pass. Unfortunately, we could not fully exploit all the benefits offered because the strict security checks outside the attractions did not give us preferential access. Nevertheless, the pass is definitely recommended.
Paris is definitely worth a visit. We had a very nice stay together. Hotel near the Eiffel Tower, we could go for a walk in the evening. The Paris City Pass has often been beneficial to cut down on tourist attractions and get free or discounted entry. One week is too short to see all the attractions. We have to go back soon ...
During our few days in Paris, we used the city pass to explore all the popular tourist sites as well as get around. It makes for a really convenient way to see everything, as you've basically paid up front and having the travel card was a lifesaver - really really easy.
You'll of course have to work what you plan on seeing and whether it will provide good value to you, but even if you're seeing all the major sites, you will most likely find it well worth it.
The City Pass definitely pays off. Even if you can only use a fraction of the offer. I would like to make it clear that which hop-on-hop-off bus you can use with the pass. We were refused by 5 buses with the passport. The sending of the passport was fast and reliable. A wrong input on my part, was straightforward and promptly fixed.

Ticket pick up was easy and effortless. Transportation was easy to use. Atttactions and discounts were easy to use. Would buy this package again!
Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip and had to return the City Pass Paris. Return has worked without problems, but not the entire amount was refunded, but about 10% of the total price deducted. For this reason, a star deduction.
It worked well to go to many museums as well as public transportation to get around, and all possible with the card. 2 things that would be better, 1 if you could use the days as you want and not in a row, and 2 if the 5 day pass actually meant 5 days of museum entrance not 4. Overall worth it if you want to see a lot.
Obtaining the pass was quick and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely worth it if you plan to visit most of the museums. Slight note that the metro pass only covers Paris zone 1 to 3. You will have to purchase separate tickets for zone 4-5.
Paris very easy with the metro card for 3 days. Simple and uncomplicated - great. Entrance to the Louvre without waiting, directly from the Metro underground to the Louvre.
We opted for the 3 days City Pass Paris. The booking and settlement went smoothly. The pass consisting of the ticket, City Pass and museum pass for 2 days we received very quickly by mail. Our short stay was enriched by the pass with its advantages. We particularly enjoyed the preferred entrance (without standing in line) at the Louvre, Center Pompidou and the Museum d'Orsay. Unfortunately, the 3-day pass only includes a 2-day museum pass. As a result, we were faced with minor organizational challenges in the course of our travel program, but these were solvable.
I would recommend the pass over the other companies. first off, its cheaper than the other paris pass out there. I got the three days pass with two museum day access. if you plan out your schedule properly, it is definitely worth getting. I used my metro pass only two out of the three days because I had family driving me around on one of the days, even so, I thought the pass was worth it as it allowed me bypass at the Arc du triomphe, louvre museum which cuts a lot of time from lining up! I went to about an average of 3 museums or attractions a day with pass. it was easy to pick up at galleria Lafayette but you can also get it mailed to you.
But it's probably worth it if you spend more than 2 days in Paris. Then you can use all the inclusive stuff more. In the shortness of time we have only made that most important for us. It's not that great that you have to wait at least 2 hours in Versailles and in some cases still pay dearly if there is an event there. With the public transport everything worked out great.
