    Opening Hours of Ballon de Paris Generali

    The Ballon de Paris Generali operates daily, weather permitting.

    Opening hours: Every day from 9 a.m. until the closing of the André Citroën Municipal Park. 

    Last flight departure is 45 minutes before the park closure, as follows:
     • From 26th of March to 30th of April: Park closes at 20:30
     • From 1st of May to 31st of August: Park closes at 21:30
     • From 1st of September to 30th of September: Park closes at 20:30
     • From 1st of October to 24th of March: Park closes at 19:30

    To make the most of your experience and minimize waiting times during busy periods (weekends, school holidays, and public holidays), it is recommended to plan your visit during the week or in the morning. This way, you can enjoy a more relaxed and pleasant experience, taking in the beautiful Parisian landscape without the rush. 

    The Generali Balloon of Paris may be closed without notice, particularly in the event of adverse weather conditions. 

     

    Reservations for Ballon de Paris Generali

    How to get to Ballon de Paris Generali by Public Transport

    Getting to Ballon de Paris Generali by public transport is easy and convenient. The balloon is located in Parc André Citroën in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. Here are several options to reach the Ballon de Paris Generali using public transportation: 

    • Metro: The closest metro stations to Parc André Citroën are Javel-André Citroën (Line 10) and Balard (Line 8). From either station, it is just a short walk to the park and the balloon.
    From Javel-André Citroën station: Exit the station and head west on Rue de la Convention towards Rue Saint-Charles. Turn left onto Rue Saint-Charles and continue until you reach Parc André Citroën.
    From Balard station: Exit the station and head east on Rue de la Convention towards Rue de Javel. Turn right onto Rue de Javel and continue until you reach Parc André Citroën. 

    • Bus: The bus lines 42, 88, and 169 have stops near Parc André Citroën. Disembark at the appropriate stop and follow signs or use a map to navigate to the park and the Ballon de Paris Generali. 

    • Taxi or Rideshare: You can also take a taxi or use a rideshare app like Uber or Lyft to reach Parc André Citroën. Provide the driver with the address: 2 Rue de la Montagne de la Fage, 75015 Paris, France, or request a ride to Parc André Citroën or Ballon de Paris Generali. 

    • On Foot: If you are staying nearby or prefer to explore the city on foot, you can easily walk to Parc André Citroën. Use a map or a navigation app to find the most direct route to the park from your location.
