In the information center at the Vatican where you should pick up the tickets, the lady was very rude to us. In my opinion such a rude lady at the information center, where she has to do with many tourists and is constantly in contact with travelers for help or information should not work. I immediately wanted to complain to you, but then I have been thinking differently. I did not make me my vacation in Rome broken. From Rome I was generally very enthusiastic and we are planning our family vacation next year in summer there again to spend. But I will not buy the Rome City Pass again for the reason mentioned above.
Confusing - Whether the whole small museums is a matter of taste - Only for the major attractions is in my opinion too expensive - The hop on hop off bus should be crowded according to the Internet. The public transport is in the passport only if you click it and it also EXTRA paid .... My conclusion: You should also read the small letters and not be blinded by the advertising or their headlines - cancellation only with -30 € per card possible Unrentable - urgent improvements necessary eg a map design where you can see and plan which museums are in the vicinity and which one can look at each other!
We were very disappointed in the Turbo city pass ,when we tried to use the pass we were sent to
a tourist office who then sent us back to where we had come from .
We had tickets to the colosseum, that I made a mistake with timing ,noticed immediately and ask for help in changing the time ,turbo passed refused ,on another site the company changed a date for us without question .At Palatine hill we were issued adult tickets as children were free (I asked about this and was told kids don’t need a ticket)but at the attraction the children needed a ticket so were told we had to line up to get kids tickets wasting a lot of time .
The turbo pass offers too little for the money paid. No discounts in museums, etc. And if so, then max. 2 euros. And 7 euros per day for local transport in Rome are also too much. The single tickets in Rome are priced at 1.50 euros and are valid for 100 minutes, so that 2 tickets per day are completely sufficient, especially as you can do a lot of walking.
I would rate a 0 if I could. This pass is an utter waste of money. Gets you into hardly anything and the attractions it does mention a lot of them are normally free!! Do NOT buy! I could’ve spent 200+ euros a lot better!!!
Unfortunately we are unlucky. Vatican sightseeing was booked for us with English management. Rebooking was not possible. So the money is gone. A booking on site was unproblematic umsaht also took longer than the online process. Colosseo was booked for us only after departure. The money was refunded. But on site nevertheless a booking was possible. A star stays, because at the small attractions has already worked. Too bad. We have been hoping for more. And the worst part was the hotline staff. Since I had great experiences with the Turbo Pass Hamburg, it was clear to me to select this passport again on our visit to Rome. In short: I felt really ripped off and will not recommend this pass! Some details: The ticket for the bus (Sit Bus) to pay extra from the airport to the Termini, as we got to the bus it was already full and we had to wait another 1/2 -3/4 hour for the next bus. The journey took more than an hour. Although more expensive by train but much faster. In order to get to the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel, I have to book a guided tour, as all scheduled times were given for weeks. The museum Doria Pamphilj gallery with private rooms should be € 5 cheaper - city pass for € 5 - absolutely not correct as there is no agreement with Rome City Pass. The entrance costs therefore € 12 extra and add € 2 for the living space per person (if you are there before ...) Roma 3D was also a number! Should be free admission, arrived there "unfortunately no" until May, we get a ticket, should the entrance be possible, then it is free? Of course, I will fly back to Rome in two months and redeem this voucher! The pastry delivery is free, but you have to be brave. The suitcases are in a separate room, no door and no staff to pay attention. When I picked up my suitcase (yes, he was still there), nobody really noticed.
I had bought a 3 day pass and I found it pretty expensive. Instead of buying turbo pass I would recommend buying Roma pass and purchase hop-on hop-off separately.
You pay to be able to pass snakes. After payment comes an email that this is no longer the case with the Colloseum. It takes 2 hours to get a time like the Vatican. Thus absolutely overpriced and meaningless !! Conditions to change after payment is limited to fraud!
The Rome line buses were totally filthy instead of info only rushing or whistling connections for headphones fell partially from the wall. For the time window in the Colosseum 2.5 hours waiting in line. Overseas totally overcrowded almost everything went on foot the Vatican card was usable. I would never buy these tickets again

For my 7 day stay in Rome, I bought the 6-day pass. It was VERY annoying to get the passport ned via e-mail. I had to look for it eternally in Rome. Among other things, with this pass you can go on a sightseeing bus for one day - the City Roma bus - annoyingly the worst of them all. Dirty, disorganized and he drives VERY seldom. There is no plan either. There are entries to many museums and attractions, more than you can visit at this time. What was very convenient, was that you can always drive with this pass for free with the public transport.
Were not satisfied. The pickup at the Vatican an impudence. Had to wait forever since staff awkward, slow and unfriendly. The HopOn HopOff provider does not have that many buses and we had to wait forever for the buses. When we wanted to do the evening tour we would simply be informed that the specified departure times have been changed and unfortunately we can not do any tour, although otherwise stated. Turbopass would buy in any case, but individually with other providers.
At the Collosseum we had to queue just as long as the people without a passport, ie the queue for passport holders was just as long. Many museums are free anyway. For the Vatican, we had to upgrade to 20.- Euro, to come without a snake in St. Peter's Basilica. The ride on public transport in Rome is very cheap (1,50 euros for 100 minutes). The turbo-pass Rome is just as bad as that of Barcelona. There are no benefits except for the free admission to the Castel Sant'Angelo. If you want to visit the cathedral in the Vatican, which you should definitely do, you need an extra ticket, which is not included in the turbo pass. Best booked a guided tour, then you spared the disappointment and annoyances of the turbo pass. Again, the worst Bigbus company, it is saved where you can. The main problem was the hopeless overcrowding of the sights in October: at Castel Sant'Angelo, access to the queue was denied (Reason: too many visitors.) In the Vatican Museums I was able to pass the queue as booked, yet the overcrowding was In the Forum Romanum, the entrance was easy, but within the forum more entrance fees were required to visit some special details My conclusion: My next Rome vacation I will compete without Turbopass and before Ort decide if it makes sense to acquire a Roma passport

Unfortunately very confusing !! for the purpose of visiting museums. Only 2 admissions free although it would have to be 3 for a 3 day ticket according to the description. That's why I can not recommend it !!!!!!!!
