Delivery on time, we were traveling with 3 children (7-13 years) and we were able to explore Rome relaxed despite tens of thousands of tourists. We did not have to look for any ticket counters or queue for a long time at the entrance. The "Schleichweg" from the Sistine Chapel to St. Peter's Basilica went smoothly! Great tip! Using public transport in Rome is a challenge (is the bus coming or coming?), But at least we did not have to worry about tickets thanks to Turbopass. The Hop on Hop Off Bus, we have extensively used and just between the many attractions times relaxed the city let us pass by. We have not meticulously recalculated whether the passport was financially worthwhile, but for 3 days Rome, he was definitely the right companion!

Were 2 days in Rome and through the turbo pass really worth it ... have seen everything we wanted to see and were able to go anywhere to the standing people directly to the attraction!
It all worked out wonderfully, from the drive from the airport to Rome downtown, over the bus ride with the hop-on-and-off bus, to the entrances. One could walk past the queues and did not have to queue up. Descriptions in the accompanying guide were also correct. We used the pass for 3 days. It's really worth it.
The purchase of the passport was a good decision. It all worked out, as described in the booklet, even the entrance to the Vatican went smoothly, although we were half an hour earlier to it, as agreed by you. Super was definitely the use of the public transport network. I think it's important to think carefully in advance which passport you need. At the next city tour I will definitely look again, if a city pass is offered.
Particularly noteworthy is the straightforward telephone handling of the spontaneous order and reservation with pick-up in a local office.
I have used turbo pass in all the cities I visit in Europe it is the best way of getting around all in one package with no standing in a line waiting I have recommended it to my friends who have also used it and loved it as well
We did a lot of research to find a pass that suited our plans and finally glad that we found the TurboPass. Our 48 hour pass was super value for money. We stayed in Rome close to metro so used it to travel everywhere at any time, hop on hop off bus, free access to Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine Hill and Skip the line at Vatican. We booked it last minute so had to pick up the pass from a little shop in close to St. Peter's. I would recommend booking it in advance and getting it delivered to you.
I am sure this pass would have been perfect, you send us all we needed, npbut never got to use it since we never made it to Italy! Sad, 6 months in planning, much money spent, and dashed hopes by Lufthansa/ United failed airline!
The turbo passes have made our days in Rome a lot easier and more comfortable. A very great thing - you can only recommend. There are so many tourists in Rome but with Turbopass you can avoid standing in line and save a lot of time and we have saved a lot of money. Pick up the pass in front of vatican and then start your visit! Easy - not sure you save money but you skip the line which matters a lot in Roma
