Dear pilgrims to Rome, we were in October four full days in Rome. To save time, we decided to Rompass and did not regret it. However, standing in line was mandatory. Many Rompassbesitzer wanted "past the queue". Since we wanted to experience Rome, we visited only the CLOSE UP. Nevertheless, we were daily. 14/15 hours on their feet and have the cost of Rompass departed. So if you want to spend more time, for it is definitely worthwhile to buy in Rome. The Ulmonapp I can only recommend to anyone. Gone are the days of city maps and travel guides, shame really, so we always knew where we are and where we need to. Public transport has always brought us to our destination. Not later than two days we did the way to the Metro. Seats are also not guaranteed, but it is known by plans where you are, how many stations are in front of a and saves time. And one more thing: To make holidays of the metropolis we took the train to Ostia. The track is included in Rompass and belongs to public transport. Over a glass of wine to enjoy the sunset by the sea. Just beautiful. The service was top. Here again, our thanks to Hamburg. Even a transfer was not a problem. The Rompass we would take again. Rome is a fascinating city! But this also know hundreds of thousands of other people! Therefore, the Turbopass (Pass Roma)! The pass just leave alone the line at the Vatican Museums (queuing for hours) are left to walk past all the waiting, a great experience :-) The same is true at the Colloseum! In addition, I have visited the Castel Sant'Angelo with the pass. Class is that you can use the pass to all (!) Public transport nearby. The inclusive city tour has also been fun. I can recommend the pass to 120%! Thanks for that!
Our experience with the Rome City Pass has been positive! Not only the many discounts and avoiding queuing at the major sights (Vatican, Colosseum etc.), but rather the free use of public transport we loved it! Is it still as good on foot, you need this but very to at least roughly to move in the direction that should be every day's goal! Buses run everywhere, but not as sharp as with us in Germany! ;-) The Metro is a must and also the lines of the tram are recommended, they drive but, unlike the Metro for days! Two of our trips were for us the most beautiful: the district "Trestevere" (still original Rome with narrow streets, charming cafes and cozy atmosphere); the Via Appia Antica (adventurous ride in the footsteps of the ancient Romans)! There were 7 days in Rome and will certainly seen far from everything, but no matter where they are there just, leave the beaten track and just turn times on the predetermined path, there is everywhere something to discover!

My partner and I were impressed by the Rome City Pass, whether it concerned the use of public transport or Skip the Line, everything was perfectly organized with this pass. The panoramic bus we used when we were still a bit tired then and have all the impressions of the city can once again pass us. Gladly again. We were ... - at the Vatican (on the miserable long line past) ... really impressive, a MUST-SEE, - in the Castel Sant'Angelo (also in a very long line past) ... with a great view of Rome - in Villa Borghese (no queue because reservation necessary) ... great art treasures - the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine ... with interesting leadership of an agency (and discounts) and have the city tour enjoyed ... as well as three days aound free by bus, tram, metro and train in Rome. It was a great holiday - Rome is a wonderful, beautiful city. Extremely impressive.
Have all 3 day pass purchased, Worked great. There are the Collosseum, anywhere can security checkpoints where happen that you still have to wait in line, but once you've made the control. Can you easily pass and no longer pending in the ticket queue. We were first in the Collosseum, then the Roman Forum, and the next day in the Castel Sant'Angelo. The Vatican ticket also works great. No waiting. We had beautiful for 3 days.

The Turbopass is just great because it saves a lot of time. When you arrive in front of a place of interest, you will be immediately asked if you are in possession of this pass and must immediately engage in a very condensed queue. The greatest happiness we learned at the Vatican Museums: Without passport we would loose 2 hours if not have to queue for much longer, with pass we could vorbeiziiehen at all levels and had so not having to wait for the luck !! As in Rome with so many attractions really every minute counts: P one has the opportunity to visit more in the same time through the pass !!
