Everything worked perfectly! All appointments worked, no waiting in line in Rome. Exchanged the public transport ticket at Termini. No problems. I can't understand the bad reviews at all. The week worked perfectly and without any problems for Rome and in Rome. I would be happy to do it again and again, and I highly recommend it. We didn't book the ticket at short notice, but rather six weeks in advance for our vacation in Rome. Tickets for the Vatican and the Colosseum, no waiting in line. We didn't do the hop-on hop-off option. But the Catacombs tour was great and highly recommended. Castel Sant'Angelo, Pantheon—no waiting in line. We took public transport out to Ostia Antica (great) and took the bus to the sea, Lido Centro. Our conclusion: Excellent! A. Schmidt
We were very satisfied with the Rome City Pass. Overall, it worked very well; communication was seamless. It was especially quick, even on a Sunday. I had problems booking a tour, which were quickly resolved by support. Thanks to Ann. The explanations in the confirmation email are very detailed. Everything was as described. What you need to bear in mind: It's not a pass like the ones you're used to from places like New York: simply scan the QR code at the ticket office and you're in. That's not the case. You have to pick up the various vouchers/tickets at various locations in Rome. However, these are centrally located and everything is easily doable. Descriptions, etc., are included in a very detailed email. However, you might want to plan your routes beforehand using Google Maps etc. Otherwise, it can get stressful ;). Attractions booked in advance, such as the Vatican Museum or the Colosseum, are sent via voucher via email. The transfer ticket from the airport also worked very well.
Our visit to Rome with the Turbopass was perfect. A must-do in Rome, given the crowds in March. The tickets and vouchers included in the package were very helpful and opened up a few more options than we had planned. We'd love to go again.
We were in Rome with friends for a long weekend and decided in advance to buy the City Pass. It included tickets to the Colosseum and the Vatican. We were also able to use public transport and enjoy other free admissions, including to the Pantheon...everything worked smoothly. Rome offers many great sights and beautiful squares and corners, all at surprisingly reasonable prices, even at the main attractions. If you look a little further away, you'll find other great and less crowded spots. A city absolutely worth seeing.
The Turbopass was great; we also booked local transport and the airport shuttle. With the bus and metro stops right outside the accommodation, it was really easy. We had already booked some attractions in advance, so we didn't need any more tickets. Highly recommended for city breaks.

We used the 2-day pass for our trip to Rome and were completely satisfied. All bookings and entry procedures went smoothly, and we were able to avoid the long lines at attractions like the Colosseum, the Pantheon, and Castel Sant'Angelo—a real time saver! We also appreciated the ease of using public transportation and the hop-on hop-off bus service. Of course, you do have to do your research and plan ahead, as some tickets have to be picked up at specific locations—but all the necessary information is clearly described. Customer service was extremely helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Overall, a great way to discover Rome stress-free and efficiently. Highly recommended!
We were very well looked after. We booked tickets for each day from home using the Rome City Pass, and thanks to its clear descriptions, we knew exactly when and where we needed to be. We were also given a very warm welcome by the Tourist Information staff on site. I will definitely use Tourbopass again for my next city trip!

We bought purchased a five day Turbo pass for Rome. Emailed you with a query before our holiday you got back to me very quickly. The staff at the tourist station were very helpful & informative. Booking the trips via Turbo pass & direct with the other trips went to plan & no problems at all. We would totally recommend using Turbo pass & would definitely be using them again in the future. The pass was excellent value for money. Also gave excellent information on using the pass & gaining access to the attractions.
I did a lot of research into the possible passes to use and this turned out to be great. Really good communication throughout and my queries were answered quickly. Was able to book everything we wanted and skip the queues which even in February was needed! Definitely recommend.

Everything worked and that's all that matters. What each person uses or doesn't use is up to the visitor to Rome. The pass is worth the money, so I'd be happy to use it again.
The Turbopass helped us avoid long queues. It would be nice if there were German signs in addition to Italian and English. The highlight, however, was the trip and visit to the catacombs. The trip there and back was also very informative.
Very friendly and helpful staff in the offices. The bus ride to the catacombs with Alessandro was a highlight!
