Perfect. The Rome city pass allowed us to save time, especially at the Vatican Museum.
The Turbo Pass worked excellently, there were no waiting times at the Vatican Museum or the Colosseum. Entry to Castel Sant'Angelo is also easy. Hop on hop off was great, we used the bus intensively for two days. Pass is absolutely recommended.
I saw and experienced everything important to me in 7 days. The app has room for improvement in route planning and display on the display. More flexible offers for public transport would be desirable. Eg. not 3 days in a row, but three separate days in a longer period of time.
We never had to wait in line for long as the Colosseum and Vatican Museum were pre-booked with time slots. We hardly used the public transport ticket because we could reach almost everything on foot. Our hotel was located in Travestere, which we can only recommend because of the many restaurants.
Everything worked great and saw several sites that had not been planned.
We were able to fully enjoy our 5 days in Rome thanks to the City Pass. Many visits possible, tickets easily accessible, no or little waiting. We recommend.
At first we thought for a long time whether we should buy the pass, but if you really want to see a lot, it's perfect. The reservations also worked well, but there is always a bit of a wait!
What was great was that we hardly lost any time buying tickets; everywhere past the queue at the checkout and straight to the entrance. This is really worth it because there is just so much to see. If someone doesn't take that much time to visit each individual attraction, they can also save money with the Turbopass. We traveled rather slowly and always took significantly longer than the average visitor, so the bottom line was that there was no saving in financial terms, but there was a noticeable saving in terms of time - it was worth it for us.
We booked a three-day Rome pass, including airport transfer. The transfer is independent of the days of use of the pass. The bus ride was straightforward; both from the airport to the city and back to the airport. We had no problems with the acceptance of the pass. I was able to skip all ticket lines and go straight to the entrance. In places with special entry controls - metal detectors like at the airport - you still have to queue as normal. This was the case at the Colosseum, the Palatine Hill or Roman Forum, the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica. In any case, you save a lot of time.
Free entry, (almost) no queuing at the cash register, including hop on - hop off - quick and easy. The combination with airport transfer also makes this topic easier!
The Rome Citypass has opened many doors and provided great insights. In addition, the extras such as the Vatican/Colosseum or local transport tickets were worth it. So gladly again or fully recommended.
My mom visited Rome in the mid February and the Pass has been a great help for her! She used hop-in bus and visited lots of attractions. Additional thanks to Natalia from Piazza Navona info stop - she's been extremely helpful.
We had booked the Turbopass for 3 days including an airport transfer. We were thrilled because we didn't have to worry about anything. Entry to the Colosseum, Vartikan Museums, Pantheon and Castel Sant'Angelo without queuing worked brilliantly. And two days of hop on off bus simply brilliant. We didn't even manage to do the additional sightseeing options or the city tour, because you just want to sit comfortably in the piazza and enjoy the delicious food. Plus, there are just too many beautiful places to stay in Rome. We can highly recommend the pass. The highlights are covered :)
The app was particularly good, as it clearly showed where the individual sights were and so you could make a good plan for the day. I would have liked it if it were possible in the app to check the box or mark the places in green that you have already seen, that would definitely make “working through” it easier. All in all, the pass is worth it if you plan to visit a lot of museums, sights, etc., as you can get in everywhere without a headache and at some attractions you even get a tour included or an audio guide
We took full advantage of our pass, everything is well explained and everything is digital and practical Nice bus tour with all the visits, Colosseum and Vatican included for 100 eur/person
Everything worked great with the Turbopass
A perfect subscription to see all the attractions of Rome without wasting time in ticket queues.
Price/performance is excellent as long as you check out all the included attractions. The process is also super relaxed and intuitive. The only thing that was negative is the included city tour of the Piazza Navona tourist station. Although it was advertised that the tour would take place at a certain time every day, we were told that there was 'no tour today'. They just wanted to fob us off with a ticket for the Stadio di Domiziano, which was included in the City Pass anyway. It's not a big drama, but at least you have a right to it.
