Turbopass is not one inclusive pass that you present or swipe to use local transport vaperettos get into museums or take the grand canal tour. It is a lot of paper with barcodes a lot of detail that you need to retain in order to have any clue how to go about redeeming your value from the costly price paid. It turned out to be useless to us except for St Marks Museum and a total waste of the $300+ CAD spent on it.
In and of itself, the passport is financially beneficial, but it must be redeemed on the spot if you print it all out at home - and unfortunately in a number of locations that are far apart. So on our 3 day trip to Venice, it took half a day to obtain the passports or redemptions, and this was very annoying because valuable time was wasted. The museum pass must be redeemed at the Doge's Palace, this is still possible, since it is best to visit the Doge's Palace immediately after you have arrived. Although the chorus pass can be redeemed at three stations in Venice, we had unfortunately chosen the church, which had then closed and so we could get the pass the next day and had to dangle again through the whole city. To redeem the gondola ride we had to go back to another location (a small travel agency) and there was probably noon - it was closed for one hour! The bare mockery, however, was the "fixed admission time", which can be reserved for the entrance to St. Mark's Basilica. There we stood with our vouchers and with us 180 people, who had pre-booked the entrance at the same time - what should that be? It's a mystery to me that a city that's killing thousands of tourists every day is so poorly organized. Attention for those who go to St. Mark's Cathedral for the first time: bags and backpacks have to be deposited in a storage area about 100 meters away on a small street - but nowhere! The trouble was of course huge for many people, if one pending an hour to visit the cathedral (despite fixed admission time!) And then sent away again to hand over the bag.

The airport transfer is NOT included from Vendeig Treviso airport, only the airport transfer from Venice - San Marco is included.
Having bought the excellent New York City pass when I went there, I expected the TurboPass to be the same. Wrong! You can buy the individual components of this pass cheaper. It's not good value at all. No assistance is given to help you to pick up the transport tickets - I had to hunt for the machine to pick them up in a car park in Mestre! The \"skip the line\" tickets can be bought for the various locations cheaper using official sites. Most of the churches don't charge to go in so that's misinformation. There's a lot of confusion between the pass and the guide you get with it as to how you get the offers. On a number of occasions I was met with a puzzled looks when I showed them the pass Part A - \"you collect this from San Marco\" they would say (clearly just trying to get rid of me) - only after persisting did they look it up (and spend 10 minutes) and find that they could allocate the tickets! The Island trip can be done free using the public transport pass anyway and that gives you the flexibility to schedule the trips (the boat trip will only leave at a certain time).
No matter where we presented the turbo pass, no one knew what to do with it. The system is not introduced in Venice. Unlike passports in other cities, it is very complicated and you always have to solve an "original ticket" on the spot, which is then already paid, but lasts forever. In addition, in my opinion would have to do with which services it is guided tours. Because it is not for everyone to be led in Murano only in glass factories and to adjust the timing of the tour. For money thrown out, I can not recommend.
It is advertised with all sorts of things, but the pass itself differentiates then very strong and ultimately we knew only locally that we would rather not have bought it.
It did not work out! Certain places such as the theater, however, the description can be visited only on certain days and at certain times. And not directly, but only with voucher, you have to pick up in a travel agency on site. The same applies to the boat tour to Murano etc .: only at certain, not freely selectable times and you have to pick up an additional ticket at a counter. Unfortunately, the same applies to the museums on St. Mark's Square. We spent half an hour at Museum Correr, only to find out that we had to pick up our ticket at the Doge's Palace. Meanwhile, the serpent went around the whole place. For the Gobdelfahrt we have certainly stale for an hour, although we were assigned a certain time for this purpose. By allocating time for the entrance of St. Mark's Basilica, we actually saved time. With the pass you can enter the cathedral but only. If you like the altar or similar inside. this will cost additional admission. Overall, the pass has disabled us more than helped. We had a lot of stress collecting tickets and time slots. A beautiful city - but rather without a pass! This is better regulated in other cities. I would like to have my money back!
Regardless of the fact that the promotional statements are very differentiated from our point of view, the on-site employment at several individual offices was not as smoothly possible as shown at the time of sale. The descriptions were also not so good, so much time was needed for the correct orientation. We would never buy such a passport anymore. And for public transport you can also get along well at the airport or at the outlets in the city.
For students / people under 26, the citypass is hardly worth it, as there is reduced admission everywhere. Some of the churches that are on the church pass with it are also in vain anyway. All in all, buy the important tickets locally if you are there in the off-season or pre-order on the official Italian pages if you are there in the main season. Significantly cheaper on site, also you can often negotiate by reducing the price! The public transport I would not book here! When you arrive at the airport there are outlets that are super dammed and much cheaper. For me it was not worth it at all! The citypass was thrown out money! In addition, he was not like me on the page is 48h after ordering and payment receipt sent but much too late and only after I asked by mail where my citypass remains.
The Turbo Pass sounds good, but is superfluous. At the airport you better take a Vaporetto for 15 € per person and comes over water beautiful in the city, wherever you want, instead of a bus transfer to the bus station. Here you have to go back to the actual destination with a vaporetto or water taxi. The entry into churches was such that we did not get into the top attractions with the turbo pass. Each cost extra.
