We found that the Munich city pass was excellent value and made getting around the city very affordable for our stay of 5 days in the city. We took advantage of visiting many of the museums and castles that are part of the pass, and we were impressed with the included locations :)
With a city pass I found it easy to travel by metro and tram around the city of Munich. By using public transportation I got an excellent view on the area and had an experience being near every day life in the city.
I can only say that the card is very necessary and cheap and can certainly be given as advice to friends. I am foreigner unk not able to explain better but everything is ok.
We visited Münich with a group card. We're a family so we travel in a group either way. This way we could save so much for than we originally thought. It's a great product, everything was amazing.
With the City Pass, we were often able to go directly to the museum or sight and didn't have to queue. Everyone knew the pass and you didn't have to explain anything. Using public transport also makes traveling easier and you don't have to think about everything as much.
We were able to use the Card for most of what we wanted to see so we could save a nice amount by using the card. I would recomment it to anyone.
After everything went well, we can only report positive things

Very good value for money. It allowed me free pass to all museums I visited including use of all transportation in Munich. Made my trip much easier. Strongly recommeneded.`
Only two small details that I would like to mention is that in some museums the City pass gives you only one ticket. Cannot re-visit the same museum - something that is not clearly mentioned. Also in Deutshes Museum, they did not accept the \"free\" ticket I got on-line from their site and they sent me to the information to re-issue a free ticket from the Turbopass QR-Code. Minor things.
We managed to visit as many sights as we could in our limited time and we came our with a really great price to value ration. Definately recommend.
This pass is really worth it. Many museums and exhibitions, etc. are free, there really is something for everyone. The restaurant recommendations are also cool, where you can get something for free (e.g. a dessert or a beer mug!) or even discounts on meals. Of course, public transport is included free of charge! And a route of hop on/off buses!! So to explore the city absolutely recommendable and you get a lot for the money! Thank you, we will certainly explore other cities with a turbo pass!
The local transport ticket for Munich during a long weekend is really great! The S-Bahn, U-Bahn, etc. are the best way to get around quickly to the respective sights (Allianz Arena, City Hall, Marienplatz, Nymphenburg Palace and much more). Gladly again!
It was definitely worth it for a 3-day stay with 2 people. We would have been happy if BMW had been included in addition to the Olympic World.
We can only recommend the Turbolass. Except for one attraction (Tierpark Hellabrunn) we were able to use the discounts everywhere and using public transport is really relaxing.
We are thrilled, have done a lot thanks to the map and got great insights that we did not have on the screen. For example, the ascent to the tower of Munich City Hall, from where you have a wonderful view over the city, or the Five Continents Museum, which takes you into foreign cultures and we were able to discover spontaneously "in passing" and thanks to the map also a short visit was possible, which we would otherwise have surely refrained from. Or the informative train ride through the Olympic grounds, the Olympic Tower, sealife, city tours, Bavaria Filmstudios and much more. Highly Recommended.
The promised reductions were granted everywhere without any problems.
